USS Inaugural AM-242 — Attraction in St. Louis

A very cool thing to see. An interesting but sad story behind it. We stopped by on a Friday afternoon. While we were able to park, we didn't stay for long because there were several groups of shady characters meeting up near by. While they did not bother us, we didn't want to overstay our welcome, so unfortunately could not get closer than shown here.

If you can get here to see the ship, definitely do. But be careful where you park and keep an eye out. Definitely not in a not very welcoming and...
