Disappointing Shopping Experience at Target Store in Stockton, CA
My recent visit to the Target store in Stockton, CA left me quite dissatisfied with the overall shopping experience. It's disheartening to witness the extent to which many valuable products are locked up, apparently due to local leaders' disregard for property crime and their failure to prosecute shoplifting crimes. This unnecessary precautionary measure ends up inconveniencing hardworking customers who deserve the opportunity to shop freely and without restrictions.
Furthermore, the condition of the parking lot was far from satisfactory. It was evident that the area lacked proper maintenance, as it was dirty and untidy. This neglectful environment not only diminishes the overall appeal of the store but also raises concerns about the store's commitment to providing a clean and welcoming shopping atmosphere.
Another frustrating aspect of my experience was the store's decision to charge for plastic bags. While environmental sustainability is important, the implementation of this policy made the purchase of basic home and hygiene necessities an unnecessarily unpleasant affair. The inconvenience of having to pay for bags added an unnecessary burden to the shopping process, leaving customers feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.
Collectively, these factors significantly detract from the overall shopping experience at the Target store in Stockton, CA. The need to lock up valuable products, the neglected state of the parking lot, and the imposition of charges for plastic bags all contribute to an atmosphere that is far from enjoyable. As a customer, I believe it is essential for the store management to address these concerns and take steps to improve the shopping experience for their...
Read moreI ordered a Whitney Houston t shirt online and was super excited to see it was in stock and on sale ! My mom named me after Whitney Houston and even though my name is spelt different who wouldn’t buy a shirt with their name on it and a iconic pop star whom is their namesake. I went in to pick up my online order and had a young heavier set Hispanic girl tell me this isn’t your shirt is it as she walked back with my order. I said yes ? She proceeds to giggle and hands me my bag and walks away. The only thing I can think is she was offended I was purchasing a shirt with a African American on it and I’m not African American. Not okay. Everyone has different music taste and different idols? I’ve seen numerous different raced individuals wearing all kinds of different races when it comes to pop culture. I don’t understand why she thought it was funny and I took offensive to it. That would be like telling any other race but white that they can’t wear AC/DC or David Bowie shirts because their not white. It’s bs. And furthermore none of a target workers business. I always usually go to trinity if I’m going to go to target and that’s where I’ll continue to go. I don’t need to be judged on what I like to wear and my...
Read moreIf I could give a zero I would!!!! Stockton Pacific Ave makes it so difficult for a mom to purchase formula here!!!! I have to purchase ENFAMIL and don't qualify for WIC so I try to save as much money as I can and every chance I get. I got manufacturer coupons from target machine and went to customer service to return items and purchase again in order to apply coupons to save an extra $10 but the Filipino Lady Marie at Customer Service would not allow me to do so. She said it have to be used next time purchase. Well I'm returning everything and purchasing again to apply coupon but she still would not allow me. Marie is not coupon friendly at all!!!! And according to other reviews, I am not the only one she gives a difficult time with about coupons. Trinity Parkway on Eight Mile does not give me this much difficulty!!!! I filed a complaint to Corporate and the agent accommodated me by sending a gift card, but it doesn't change my experience here and will be taking my business...
