This all took place a while ago. Was having issues with my PS5 shutting off randomly while playing. Took it to them and they told me my PS5 needed to be cleaned, and the thermal paste needed to be reapplied. Took their word for it even though I knew my playstation wasn’t dusty or dirty, paid for the service, and went home. It worked fine at first. Fast-forward a month later, the same issue starts up again. I take it back to them, and they tell me that it’s the same issue as last time, and that “you need to keep it on its side and in a clean area”. I explained to them that I think it’s a different issue and I been telling them that since the beginning. They don’t acknowledge my comments and exclaim that it needs to be cleaned again, and have more thermal paste applied. So, I did the service. Took them about 2-3 weeks just to get back to me, and they had not been working on it at all until I contacted them. Charged me $140 the first time and $80 the second time. Fast-forward two months later, I have the same issue happening except worse. I never went back or contacted them, as I do not want to deal with these people anymore: Do not come to these people. They definitely lied to me and scammed me. Would give 0...
Read moreTook my ps5 to get service and got it repaired the next day. 3 days later my PSN account was hacked. 2 step verification was removed and a bunch of unauthorized charges were seen on my account. If a hacker was able to log in with my credentials, they would be stopped by 2step verification on my phone. But after speaking to PlayStation they stated the only way the hacker could have removed 2 step verification was to get my console serial number(which they had), phone number( they asked for my number in order for them to let me know when to go pick it up), and payment method(card I used to pay for the repair fee). The hacker spoke to PlayStation support and had my two step verification removed in order to sell my account on the internet. My console has been in a backpack in my car since it was serviced. I will not be using this...
Read moreGreat service! I went in without calling to repair my laptop's keyboard and they immediately gave me a price. The price was $250, but they suggested we try a cheaper option for me. Unfortunately the cheaper option wouldn't be viable, so I had to go for the $250 option, but I'm very satisfied with the results! It took 2 weeks for it to be fixed, but it's not their fault since they had to order the part (both for the $150 & $250 option) and it took a while in shipping. When the part came, the computer guy immediately fixed it and called me back within a few hours to pick it up. I'd say the pricing is fair as it's more difficult to repair my keyboard without replacing the entire thing. I definitely recommend...
