FYE — Attraction in Strongsville

I visited this location for the first time in a long time and noticed that half of their DVD shelves and CD shelves were gone. I found out from talking to one of the workers there- who looked like and acted like a real piece of work- told me that they were downsizing their DVD/CD section and said that they was doing that at other FYE stores. Those other FYE stores at the other malls have long closed down because of this and are no longer around. One thing that I would have this location and this company do- first off- the worker who is doing this to your company is costing you locations in this area. They need to be reprimanded. Second of all- one thing that is killing you in your sales- is the fact that the majority of your products are used in your store. One reason your business is losing to stores like The Exchange Stores- is because- even though their products are used copies- they let you check them for quality assurance and they carry physical copies of everything. If you store fails to do this- I expect this FYE location to be closed within a year- because you won't get the business getting rid of what people want. And I wouldn't want an employee not knowing what they are doing to run a business and also acting crass towards customers running my store.Your company needs to restore DVDs and CDs to a full selection. No one is touching your records and they didn't at your other locations before they closed down. Make some changes to restore physical media and fast. Otherwise your store is as...

Amazing stuff from films to music to merchandise. It's a really good place to find gifts for geeks. There are a decent amount of steals. I found a Marvel Legends Enchantress there for $11 dollars. I got all 4 Magnificent Seven movies for about $5 in the discount bin. (It makes sense though because the other 3 movies are lame.) There's a lot of stuff I've never seen in many other places. There's a Japanese collectable section. They have these bizarre cereal collectables. They have a selection of fancy socks.

I only have two complaints. One, their vinyls are very pricey. I've seen the same vinyls at Barnes & Noble for less. Two, the workers and customer service are careless and unwelcoming. The from the times my family and I have bought there, we have had them not ring up prices correctly. They charged me full price for somethings I bought on sale a couple of times. I had to go back and have them correct the price. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AS SOON AS YOU...

I love going here because there's so many things of my liking in FYE that barly any other stores in the mall offer. The downside to it is that they are HELLA EXPENSIVE. For example, I go there for kpop albums. Let's say, BTS: the album here is ruffly $25-120. Online (kpop stores or the actual BTS weverse shop) they are $12-16. See what I'm getting here? Its way to expensive, especially for a teen that doesn't have a job or gets an allowance. Also, the premium cards or whatever they are called. They are SUPER expensive, only for when you get 10% off of something that is hella expensive! Its not worth it! Last but not least, price. Lower the prices so it's affordable, but if you can't or won't do that, at LEAST have a discount that is generous enough so we can actually buy something! Sorry for the rant, please do lower the prices for what we are buying though, then me as well as others can actually buy more...
