Kids Empire Strongsville Southpark Mall — Attraction in Strongsville

I highly recommend avoiding this establishment. I walked in and was very excited to take my sibling to play, to only then find the employees and owner arguing amongst themselves when I was trying to pay. After they finished their argument, I was ready to pay and each employee gave me a different price. One employee told me my total was $19.00 then the next employee told me $5.00, meanwhile my friend walked in for free. Nonetheless, I decided to pay and make the most of our time here. Unfortunately, that quickly took a turn. I overhead the way they were speaking to a disabled child and their caregiver and was astonished. It was very uncomfortable to watch and the staff seemed extremely rude. It is also important to note that there is a gate at the front desk, unfortunately that gate was not locked and a child did happen to run away. The poor family was in complete distress, searching for their child meanwhile the front desk staff/owner did not intervene or help. They watched the family panic and stared at them. Very poor service, which is unfortunate because I was excited...

This is a great place to bring your children on a rainy day or extremely hot day here in Florida. The staff were EXTREMELY nice and accommodating while also explaining features thoroughly! They only allow credit/debit card payments (understandable) plus that's all people use now-a-days anyway! But I'll be bringing my son back for sure.

I gave a neutral score for safety only because there is an initial step in the front of the infrastructure that seems a little high which could be concerning for smaller tiddlers once they begin climbing, could potentially lose their balance and fall backwards and not matting to mitigate the impact. Additionally, in the toddler area once going in there was a bar I tripped on the hurt my already injured foot. However, all-in-all a great place...
