I wish I could give this place no stars. The absolute worst experience I've ever had. I asked for a lettuce wrap burger, a mushroom burger, and then just a burger patty with cheese for my toddler. It took us going back and forth for 5 minutes to explain I just wanted the burger patty with cheese and nothing else. They did not understand. When we got the food, the burger patty did not have cheese, they gave us two plain ones?? My "lettuce wrap" was not a wrap at all and NOTHING like the picture where it shows CRISP lettuce holding together the sandwich like you can get at Mooyah's. It was two SOGGY pieces of lettuce slopped together with a pitiful excuse for a burger. Fries were hard and tasted old. My husband's mushroom burger didn't even hav an entire mushroom on it. I went back up to complain but both the girls there were in the back making the food. One didn't even have her hair up. I waited for about 5 minutes and other people were waiting to order and nobody came out. Don't eat here. Complete garbage and waste of money and incompetent workers. I don't know how they're still...
Read moreIt's not that the food was terrible but I wasn't overly impressed. Their gimmick is that everything is made fresh. I ordered the barbecue burger and waited 10 minutes for it to cook. No biggie as I understand it takes time when something is made fresh. But when I got the food, my burger was lukewarm, not piping hot, for something that just came off the grill. The barbecue sauce was very cold like it had just came out of the refrigerator. It was a weird combination of ice cold and warm. The French fries weren't much better. They appeared to be the frozen string fries you can purchase at Marc's. They don't offer foundation drinks either. They have a limited selection of canned pop. I was charged $18 for a burger, fries and a can of pop. What I got was definitely not worth the price I paid. I won't be returning to this establishment again. As, I stated before, it wasn't terrible but definitely not worth the prices...
Read moreA lady offered me a sample. I tried it, and it was incredible. Right away the sauce of the signature burger flooded my tastebuds and left me hungry for more. I ordered the signature burger and fries soon after. The man at the register was very nice, but not too nice, in a good way. When I bit into the burger, I realized I was eating more than just a poorly crafted burger from some random fast food restaurant. It was a piece of culinary art. The key to the deliciousness of the burger in my opinion was the patty itself. The patty was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The flavor of the patty was exquisite, probably the best I’ve ever had. Paired with the sauce, I was unable to resist this masterpiece and I devoured the whole thing quickly. The portion size was just perfect in my opinion, not too small and not too large. The fries were incredible and very well seasoned. Also very delicious. Thank you,...
