Mattress Firm Strongsville — Hotel in Strongsville

Ken the manager of the store took care of us. The manager assured my mother in law that she had 4 months to try out the mattress. After the a couple of nights my mother in law could not sleep on the mattress and wanted another brand which they did not carry. My mother in law purchased from Levin and is awaiting mattress firm to pick up their mattress. I went over all this with the manager and he assured me they would be their to pick up the mattress but she had to wait 21 days per company policy. The only thing he was going to charge her for was a $69 picknup fee. Her new mattress from Levin is being delivered this weekend but she still has to wait additional days for Mattress Firm to pick up their product. This is the only negative as they know already that she has purchased another mattress and it would have been nice for them to pick this...

Daniel was Fantastic...very patient with me ..took time to seek my needs for sleeping experience..I can't wait to get my new Bed with the wave vibration system..I won't be getting out of bed this winter season. And i can always get another mattress, but i keep the wave system..i was there awhile and he greeted all the customers very nice so nobody was ignored...What Friendly person I just needed..with a full moon he was just so nice made my day .. even though I spent some money it was an investment that will last as and truly be ENJOYED...Thanks Daniel for making my day..well they went from 5 stars to 1 star after finding out my mattress is on back order won't be in till February maybe. ...I canceled the order..still waiting for refund check. ..its now 2023...still waiting from a Nov purchase....

I would highly recommend them. I was looking for a bed that I tried in a different state... the manager Ken went over everything... how I cant get the same mattress here, why, what the difference is in the mattress I looked at to the ones I can get here, and much much more. He was so knowledgeable and friendly I purchased my new bed and would recommend anyone looking for a bed to talk to Ken before buying and compare his info to other stores info.
