Decent gym. The owners are working on brand expansion so i can understand how this location can fall to the wayside. Been here for a while. Typically pretty clean. Jodi is very knowledgeable and shredded. Always super helpful. Wasn’t pushy when i signed up. (Crunch will sell you out of your shorts) I like that this gym is quiet and never over crowded. My only 2 complaints. 7.9/10 on equipment, and people cant put their weights back. A lot of the smaller equipment is Chinese from amazon (isn’t going to last long or perform as well) the pro maxima stuff seems to have the same problems over and over, low end compared to Hoist or Hammer Strength. Gets the job done for sure but a lot of the machines aren’t as efficient as they could be. i didn’t say effective… i said efficient. I would think it’s a better investment to buy good stuff up front and have it last a lifetime with minimal maintenance. This whole gym could use more maintenance and more weights. The crowd is usually pretty good throughout the day, but as the kids and evening crowd roll in… you can expect the place to be slightly trashed by AM. Weights scattered. Obscure setups half put away just anywhere. Not organized at all. You can expect to spend 10mins in total during your workout just looking for 5s, 10s, 25s, clamps, add on weights, bands, etc. Not many of the accessories are organized in an efficient way. Just thrown in a corner type situation. I watch people load up weights on something do a set, play on their phone for 5mins, do another set play on their phone, and just get up and walk off. I feel bad for the moms and grandmas that have to unload all that just to use a machine. Quite sad how people can’t clean up after themselves and the gym staff don’t hold them accountable so it just goes on. They also added some basic door closers to keep the locker room doors closed. I get that no harm there. But there is zero ventilation inside the bathrooms so with the doors closed it gets pretty uncomfortable especially after someone’s shower or #2. Which then lingers because the lack of ventilation. Even leaving the doors cracked 2-3in would be extremely helpful. Or just clean and leave the existing vent fan on 24/7 and move some air. Hopefully now that their new location is opened, they can optimize this location with a few strategic machines in strategic places, and make better use of their spaces. Overall a good gym if you can get over the hang ups and learn the patterns. Would recommend.

Lady at front desk was so rude. I have a membership with an app called Wellhub that gives me access to certain gyms for a flat rate. All I have to do is give them the code. But this lady kept refusing to even take the code saying they don’t take Wellhub. She thought it was some insurance thing and refused to work with me. I can understand if she didn’t know what it was but should have atleast tried to call and find out more about it instead of just refusing constantly. I called Wellhub and they confirmed that gym is included in my plan. Then this lady asks for $15 to use the gym. Worst experience ever. 1) you are ignorant 2) you don’t want to find out 3) you refuse a legitimate way of access to gym 4) try to push the day pass on me for $15. Never coming here. No wonder it was so empty in peak gym hours. Adding a screenshot from Wellhub where it clearly says I have access to this gym.

Love this gym — highly recommend! 💪 ATL FITNESS 24/7 Buford is an awesome place to train. It has everything you need — great equipment, clean space, and a no-nonsense atmosphere. What I really love is that most of the people here are locals who are serious about their fitness and come regularly — it’s super motivating to be around that kind of energy. Whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or taking a class, it never feels overcrowded or chaotic. It’s just a solid, well-run gym where people actually show up to work hard. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym with a strong community vibe and serious fitness focus!

I just finished a 2year contract with this gym. It was one of the worst experiences I have a had to deal with in recent memory. I strongly recommend to anyone thinking about taking lessons at the establishment please read this review. I regretted my decision within the first month of my membership. When attending my boxing classes I dealt with disinterested instructors only caring to coach with groups. If you are the only one to show up to a class prepare for unenthusiastic coaching , unorganized sessions, and not even learning the discipline that you signed up for. After multiple sessions of learning karate (signed up to learn boxing ) I decided this gym was not for me. I asked to cancel my membership I was told I’d have to pay out the amount of the term. I did not have the ability to do so. I was told the only way I would be able to have the contract voided was to pay 500 dollars and it was up to the discretion of the owner to let me out or move my place of residence . When talking to multiple “managers”about my experience there was absolutely no attempt to help me as member even when offering to pay the 500 dollars. I was left on read and not spoken to until my next payment cycle. I had also fallen on hard time and living situation had changed to being and 1hr 45 minutes away from any of there gym locations. They continued to state I would have just attend the closest gym and conclude my term. The past two years I have the gym totaling thousands of dollars and they have provided nothing but inadequate training and poor customer service. They’ll tax you on your membership ( your gym membership is a flat rate ex . La fitness, crunch, lifetime ) but claim there a small business and not a corp like the big guys so they have to take you. After my two years had been up and I paid my bill and asked to cancel afterwards was there any concern of how I felt . Too little too late honestly they only offered a few free boxing lessons and I still have to pay 150 dollars for some reason to cancel. Please stay away from the gym or please learn from my mistake and due...

Recommendation: go to Onelife Fitness or Crunch. (they offer a way bigger gym, nicer staff, and are more understanding about a damn contract) this is hands down the worst gym i have ever held a membership at for multiple reasons. The gym in itself isn’t awful except for its small but the equipment is average. It is definitely overpriced for what it’s worth. The biggest problem with this gym is the management. I have been a member for a year and recently have had health issues that prevent me from being able to go workout at all and really i never went after signing up for my membership. I called 2 months after to try to get out of my membership because i literally hadn’t stepped foot in the gym and they refused and this lady has been CHARGING ME EXTRA PAYMENTS on top of monthly payments. I understand a contract but the ATTITUDE this lady gave me after telling her my situation, is crazy and being from a family that owns a small business, I’m grateful we don’t treat people like this. I told the lady this is a scam and she seemed confused, but when you can clearly see someone has paid you for months and never once stepped foot in the gym, yes that is a scam. It’s clear they need the money cause literally no one comes here. They make every customer do their reviews to keep them high lol. My last membership was with Onelife and THEY called me saying the noticed I hadn’t been in recently and literally was just like it’s okay we canceled it so it’s all good. Also, find a heart. I just told the lady i’m in the hospital and she is yelling at me that i offended her by saying i felt scammed. Anyways I hope they find a more professional way to treat people. I know they will never see me or any of my medical...
