CubeSmart Self Storage — Attraction in Sugar Land

*EXPOSED!!!........ for being a good person... lol. Look, I have been a customer here for yrs. Since b4 Cube Smart took over. Gotta admit, I thought a bigger company would mean customer service would go out the window. But U know what? Boy was I wrong as heck! Ms. Deonna is the BEST! I needed to update some personal info online & the system wasn't allowing me to. She dropped everything & helped me out. I'm a busy guy, & she updated my info so quick! Then, how about her manager Ms. Whit came by while I was there being helped. She was so down to earth! & they had such a good rapport with one another that I thought she was just a coworker there until her title came up in the convo. She even agreed to take my loyalty program idea to the higher ups! Prayers up & fingers crossed, lol. They are both super smart women, professional, & friendly. I felt like we've know each other for a while. I'm thankful that people like them still exist in customer service. Cause I'm old school. It seems like it's so hard to find great customer service these days. All computers. Anyway, I was thinking about finding another storage facility after the buy out, but I think I will be a customer here for a long time now. Anybody reading this whose looking for a safe home away from home for your property, this is the perfect place right here. Clean, quiet, & rea$onable. Climate good, elevators & security key pads always work. Oh yea, & a 5 day grace period before late fees plus a courtesy call! I need that! Because the way my bank account is set up...... anyway, lol....

I have been a Customer for going on 2 years. This is the best storage facility I have ever used. From day 1 Ms. Barbara & her team have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my business is appreciated. From courtesy calls whenever my payment method fails to help me avoid late charges (which I love her for because the place I left seemed like the couldn’t wait for a reason to add additional fees), to letting me use the company box truck to move my things in. The facility is always clean and secure too. It’s never crowded and these are some of the best prices I have ever heard of. I pay less for a year now than I paid for 4 months at the other place, for the same amount of space. It’s crazy how much I’m saving. I definitely recommend. And Ms. Barbara is the best. Always down to earth and down to help. She’s the bomb...

I would like to express my gratitude to Yvonne & Barbara. Yvonne was very sweet & compassionate when I told her my whole house was flooded due to the COVID Freeze of 2021. She showed me the units & gave me extremely fair prices. I have units at a nearby competitor & this facility has better prices, newer, & isn't as dirty. I made my choice the following day & Barbara was in the office. She was so nice & polite as well. She wrote my contract, showed me to my unit & explained how the lock works. You have to buy a special lock here but it is a COOL lock. I have not seen these used anywhere else.
