Self-service tea galore! Inside, there are many different dispensers with brewed teas, varying from regular to flavored, sweetened, and unsweetened. There are small sample cups at your disposal as well, which was nice. You'd actually get to try the flavor before committing to a cup. Great small, crushed ice, too, or as a lot of people would call it "Sonic ice". The sweetened teas are not overly sweetened. Sadly, it lessens even more after it becomes melted with ice. If only it was slightly sweeter, but there is a condiment station for your convenience. There's also a fruit station to add to your teas as well, but for an additional cost. Besides the teas, they also sell cups and souvenirs, along with tea bags and snacks. I think they also offer refillable bottles and gallons of water. I don't know many details of that service, though. There's also a drive-thru. Overall, it is good and affordable. They do offer happy hour with half off drinks daily from 2-4PM.

In need of some hydration so I went through the drive through for a quick drink and tried out HTeaO. It was quick and easy just pull up then place your order and after paying you have your drink. They have different sizes to choose from starting at small and going to a gallon. They also have the option to have sweet or unsweet for your tea. I wasn’t sure so I went with size medium. Medium was large for me in my opinion and much bigger than I thought for a medium, but I was glad. I ordered the sweet mango fresco. The sweet fruit tea works for me because I am not a tea person. With HteaO I am able to be hydrated and drink some tea and not soda. There’s the option of adding fruit into the tea, but I didn’t add any in. The pricing is very reasonable. They have happy hour from 2-4pm for 1/2 price so I will have to go back again to try some different flavors out.

The only reason I gave this 3 stars āļø is because the tea is really good and the past times i’ve come the workers were nice. I would really appreciate it if I got more tea because I spent $3.00 basically for a size small cut of ICE. The green line in the picture is where the ice was filled to and the tea was pored on too of that and just went in-between the little bits of ice. I don’t appreciate being ripped off. Very over priced for the amount of tea I got, it took 2 minutes to drink ( going slowly). Otherwise tea is really good but I wouldn’t come here for it because its basically a cup of ice. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

First off, walking into an HTea0 is like walking into tea heaven. You open the door and — boom — the smell hits you. Fresh tea brewing, sweet fruitiness in the air, and that cold blast of AC that feels like a hug on a Texas summer day. You look over and there’s this giant wall of taps. Not two or three flavors. Not even ten. We’re talking a ridiculous lineup — sweet teas, unsweet teas, fruity mixes, crazy combos — all just sitting there waiting for you to create your perfect drink.

The best part? You can sample before you choose. That’s right, they’ll actually let you try flavors first so you don’t end up committing to a gallon of something you might not like. (Which, let’s be honest, is dangerous because now you want all of them.)

And don’t even get me started on the ice. HTea0 has the perfect nugget ice — soft enough to chew without breaking your teeth, but solid enough to keep your drink cold forever. I’ve legit finished my tea and just sat there munching on the ice like it’s a snack. I’m convinced it’s the same kind they use in heaven.

The flavors? Unmatched. Sweet Georgia Peach, Mango Fresco, Mint Green, Almond Green… it’s like they bottled up happiness and put it in a cup. You can go healthy with unsweet teas, or you can go all-in with sweet tea so sugary it’ll make you see sounds. And they’re all brewed fresh. No weird syrups, no sad watered-down taste — just real tea done right.

On top of all that, the people there are actually nice. Like, genuinely nice. They’ll remember your face, chat with you while they’re filling your cup, and make you feel like you’re more than just another customer. That’s rare these days.

HTea0 isn’t just a drink stop — it’s an experience. It’s your summer afternoon lifesaver, your road trip essential, your ā€œI deserve a treatā€ moment. I’ve tried other tea places and… nope. They don’t even come close. Once you’ve had HTea0, it’s game over. Nothing else...

So many tea flavors of green and black teas!! The ice is great, it's small pieces but their ice machines don't always work. I've been in there a few times now and have had to wait on the ice machines to either be filled or the ice to be broken up so it'll come out. Besides that, I haven't had any other issues there. They also have snacks like chips and jerky and some other items. They sell ice chests and insulated cups also. You can get your own by going in or you can go through the drive thru. I haven't been through the drive thru yet, I like to go inside so I can mix my tea just the way I like it. Which is 60 percent unsweetened coconut and 40 percent sweet Texas Chia :) They do a happy hour from 2-4, which is awesome because it's half off drinks but I think that only applies to the cups of tea. They also have a tea rewards program you can sign up for, which I haven't really gotten to know yet. Along with the cups, ranging from medium to giant, you can also get smaller jugs (not sure on the size) or gallon jugs filled with any mix of tea to take home with you and it stays...

Poor Service - Good Product

I live near downtown Houston. I have a choice of where to drive to purchase their tea. In each case, it’s a 30 minute drive to get to an HTea9. I’ve gone to this shop in Sugarland and the one in Katy. I buy 4-6 gallons of tea at a time - about once a month. I’m in my mid 70s - so multiple gallons of tea in this quantity is heavy…you’ll understand when you get to this age bracket.

So what’s the difference in locations?

In KATY, they immediately box up the separate containers to make it easier to carry. They carry the tea out to my car and load it for me

In Sugarland, I have to ask for a box and carry and load the tea in my car myself. There is never a hint of offering help. The counter help was too busy talking with each other.

So here’s the bottom line….given the total lack of help in the Sugarland store and a quick to help no questions asked help in Katy - and - each a 30 minute drive from my house -

Sugarland...
