Stine Home & Yard Sulphur — Attraction in Sulphur

I have been remodeling my home for 2 and 1/2 months. My choice for a lumber company in Sulphur Louisiana is Stines. Allow me to share a couple of reasons for this choice First, The Stine company is a local company and family-owned. This speaks volumes to their integrity and desire to do business at home . Second, whatever you need you can find it at Stine's. Their products are the best in quality and competitive and price with any other lumber service company in town. Third, their customer service is above and beyond the call of duty. Each time that I entered the doors at Stine's I was met with these words hello welcome to Stein's may I help you.seemingly all their employees are eager to serve and help you have a quality experience in your buying. each employee seem to be knowledgeable of the location and the price of what you were looking for. My go-to person at Stines in Sulphur was an employee by the name of Brandy. Over the two and a half months she has been helpful numerous times. she just plays a quality of interest in what you need, she's seems to know where everything in the store is and the aisle it is on, she does doesn't say it's over there on aisle 14 she takes you there shows you the product and gives you the price. My preference in going to steins is to find Brandy and ask her for help. She has never been unkind, rushed, are too busy to help me. I would recommend Brandy to any of my friends when they go to Stines cuz I know that they will receive a quality shopping experience. Kind regards, Steve Shirley

Went to Lafayette location to purchase some screen. Per the Stines website, the 3ftx100ft screen was .89 per roll. Was told that they was out of stock, but the Jennings location had some. I ordered 15 rolls for pickup in Jennings.I was told by Danny that Corporate said not to honor the pricing and not to honor their price match policy, after I drove an hour and a half to get there. I was then told Johnny at the corporate office cancelled my order and I should have read my email...I was driving to the location. They should have called or honored the price, even on one roll. Stines will not honor their own price match policy. Danny said they didnt have to honor the pricing if they made a mistake on their website. Liars!! I'll NEVER shop here again, and will make sure family, friends, dont shop there, either. Discriminate on who you chose to honor your prices for. You'll never get my business again! **I was dismissed like a nobody after being told what I was told by danny. I reached out to corporate to see if they would even make 1 item right. So me and my wife were looking for nails for a gate we are building and younger lady came up to help us. Shortly after a woman about my age came over and pulled the young lady away. I mentioned to her she was helping me find the nails I needed for my fence so the woman with the name tag that read “shania” replies with “well I’m her boss so ur gunna have to find someone else” extremely rude and then storms away. As we are heading to check out we pass the lady again. I turned around shortly after passing her and I see her holding the middle finger up at my wife behind our backs. Iv called to report this multiple times and I get pushed to the side with no one reaching back out to me like they say they do so now I’m posting it here. Can’t believe they would give someone like that power. So immature. A grown woman acting like that and then the way she was talking those employees infront of everyone is just disgusting. That blows my mind that stine’s will give someone like that a managers position....
