Tractor Supply Co. — Attraction in Sulphur

Been here a bunch of times, and never had an issue. Today I went to get a propane tank filled. They close at 7pm. It is 6:32 as I write this, and I was told, "Ah man we just closed the side gate, sorry you'll have to come back tomorrow. " If you are open until 7pm and there arent any signs stating that JUST the propane part is closed...you know, whenever the heck you feel like closing it, then you really should provide your service as you have advertised. The employees were counting thier cash drawers out and acting like it was pretty much a done deal at 6:30. I rarely leave negative reviews for anyone. I just move on...but the level of "Oh well, deal with it" that I experienced here, REALLY...

I have been looking for a 10’x10’ dog kennel since we lost our fence during the hurricane. TS has been sold out of their brand but the Sulphur store had 3 of the Tarter Farm and Ranch kennels and although it was a more expensive unit, it was worth it!!! Made to last and took minutes to put together versus the nightmare posts I had seen on other brands. Lucas the store manager took care of me and Paul had it delivered within 2 hours after purchasing it! I also received a 10% coupon so that was awesome. That’s amazing customer service, especially the day before Thanksgiving!!! Thanks again...

I went to Tractor Supply to get some cat litter. While there, due to the rain, I walked around just looking. Tractor Supply really has a variety of goods for sale. This isn't the first store that I think to go to, not being a farmer. I would suggest that you not make this mistake. Abby, the cashier, informed me about the sale ravk with jackets and shirts onnsale for $4.99 each. This ended up saving me $40.00 for several shirts that fit. Thank you Abby.
