Morgan has done such an amazing job creating a space for those of us who want a fast, effective and safe workout. The instructors she’s chosen to lead the variety of classes are so proficient at explaining not only the exercise, but the why and how, so you can really understand the movement. You can definitely feel the deep level of knowledge and passion for fitness. The classes may feel challenging, but the instructors keep you moving with positive encouragement that doesn’t feel fake or cheesy. They make me want to keep going, even when it gets hard, and at the same time, they make room for you to go at your own pace and offer modifications for different levels.
