So far I haven't had a pleasant experience. Everything is difficult except getting approved. Communication from them is horrible but I bet if a payment was missing I would get a phone call. I ordered a waher and dryer the manager Talked me into getting a NEW SET because the used set I got they told someone else it was available still after I got it and he would discount a NEW SET. Not one told me this I found out when I went back up there for a different reason. Well when it was delivered the delivery person then told me they switched the dryer for a used one. I let that go. Ohh but nevermind the fact that they forgot to set up delivery for that day and I just so happen to call to confirm and found out it was set up. Fast forward. New lease first I had trouble with them honoring the online deal they finally did and set delivery for next day... after spending time making room for the couch set that was suppose to be delivered at the end of the day waiting 2 hours before the scheduled time I called them to confirm the delivery to find out they can't deliver it for until the day after tomorrow... But no one ever reached out so I'm going to assume it's not their job to do so. So I guess I'm going to have to ask for them not to reach out if the payment is...

Two days ago I went into the Sumter sc store to start the process of a transfer ( as I'm still paying for a washer & dryer set & a xbox one ( and i need my dryer plug changed ) . My initial contact was Tia in the store ( She was really professional and nice . I also spoke to her about adding two more items . I then sat down with Chris ( General Manger) I was NOT impressed with his demeanor. I called the next day to ask how things were coming on the transfer , spoke to Wayne he stated still nothing from the Lake City store , i told him about my concerns and that if i didn't need my dryer fixed I would of never switched stores ( I would of just paid over the phone like i had been doing ) I then called the Lake City store and spoke to Eric and he told me he would take care of it . Marshall really need more training on customer service. I have been waiting for them to fix my dryer for almost a year. Call they say that someone would deliver it, gave me a date and time. Waited all day for someone to show up and they never did. Call and always get a response saying "we will see what's going on and get back with you." Of course I end up calling because I never get a call back Fast forward my furniture is paid off now I still have my loaner and still no call back from Marshall.
