Namaste Plaza — Attraction in Sunnyvale

This review is not about the items that namaste plaza sells but about customer satisfaction. 4 days back Namaste Plaza(that is what the cover indicates) delivery persons left a delivery in front of my apartment. I never ordered any delivery from namaste plaza and the customer name on the delivery in not my name. so in last few days i called them(sunnyvale,CA branch) couple of times to collect it but in vain. All i hear is they are sorting it out.. Crazy.. not sure when they will sort it out and send someone to collect them before the items in the delivery gets deteriorated :) . Not sure about how the actual customer who brought these feels about this. i might increase the star rating in future if there in person market experience is good but that i doubt.. till that point its 0/1 star. Before i sign off you know what.......... namaste plaza got a 0/1 star rating from a customer who didn't even buy from them :)

EDIT: (09/23) I got a call from store manager Mr chanakya and indicated that this happened due to miscommunication between the delivery folks,receptionist and him and Namaste Plaza refunded money back to the customer being effected on time. He assured that someone would collect these from our location as well and they did. I really impressed with their follow up on this. How much do I love this store? I live 60 miles away. I adjust my travel plans to stock up here whenever I know I'll be passing nearby.

Gluten-free baking supplies are hard to find & expensive. Not here! Namaste sells Gluten-free Organic flours: Sorghum, Rice, Buckwheat, Fine Corn Flour, Red Millet, Soy, Coconut, Finger Millet, Chickpea & others. *(also wheat)

They carry an extensive array of dried spices, whole & ground in bags. Priced right! Also tea.

There are many varieties of white, brown, red & black rice available.

Course ground rice or wheat porridge is found here.

Many nuts, dried beans & peas can be found here: red lentil, mung, chickpeas, pinto, black, kidney, yellow split pea, cashew, almond, peanut & others.

Refrigerated items, special treats, fresh fruits & vegetables are always in supply.

For some reason I can't find good quality vegetables and grocery. Quality is very poor at this location. I found expired items in Freezer. I changed from 3 star to 1 as there is no 0 start option. Yesterday was even bad experience. Was looking for green mango (fresh or frozen) called them said I need large quantity the employee said yes we have few in freezer might not be 2 cases but we have enough fresh one then I drove found out one packet was there in freezer (not even one case) when I asked about fresh they say don't have permission to sell by case? Not sure why don't they tell this over the phone. Apparently owner/manger is not there who can take decision. While checking for mangoes I was looking for panner found some with fongus and expired one in freezer... Bad service and bad quality.. stay away...
