I was a little over my ideal weight and wanted to be healthy and fit and needed some motivation in going to gym regularly, which is what made me to look for a personal trainer and found her through yelp. Right after the consultation I didn't think further and decided to join. I was too scared of doing weight training in the beginning, but now I really enjoy doing weights. She helped me gradually increase my weights over time and be more strong. She also made sure that I was following a healthy diet as well by asking and providing feedback on the food choices I made the day before or prior. Also, the best part I liked was I only spend 30 mins a day on weight training or my personal gym routine. I lost around 10 lbs in the first 4- 5 months and since then I am maintaining it by being regular.
