Absolute waste of my time. I set up an appointment and everything. Went there when the message came saying I was 15 minutes away from getting a haircut, checked in and everything. When I got there, I proceeded to watch my name continually get pushed back over and over. At one point I even got the message saying I was "next on deck". An hour after receiving that message, I still hadn't been called in to get my hair cut.

I honestly can't figure out what was going on. The best I could tell, it seemed people were coming in who were friends with the stylists, because someone would walk in who the stylists obviously knew, the stylist would go to the computer and push some buttons, and then suddenly my name would be pushed back another 20 minutes. I can only assume it was the stylists bumping their friends to the front of the line.

I will absolutely never return again. Don't go here. You'll waste hours even with an appointment. Go somewhere that lets you schedule an exact time instead. This location clearly doesn't care about the...

Only giving a second star because this place used to be decent. I usually come here because I like the atmosphere and to get my hair washed with the hot towel. But the last few times I've been here have been complete disasters. All I ever get is a standard short cut all around with a little more on the top than bottom, but one lady cut my hair completely uneven. I went back two weeks later to get it fixed, but they wouldn't give me a refund. Fine. Whatever. But then I got one particular stylist that's slow as dirt. What should've been a quick fix to even out the top took 30 MINUTES. Again, fine. Whatever. But the last two times I've been back, I get this same stylist. And each time, she has been egregiously slow. Both times I watch 2 other customers come in and out while she's barely finishing my haircut. Absolutely ridiculous, never coming back...

I visited this spot around March 26, 2023 and let me tell you, the hair cutting lady seemed like a professional. She lined me up and made my haircut fresh and almost 95% to how I desired it to be! Had a positive experience with the hair cutting itself and the staff was friendly.

The only minor frustration was the long waiting time (45 mins) - which is the only reason I give this a 4/5 review. I signed up on the application and it said 120 minute wait, then 20 minutes later It was down to 5 minutes. I wasn't constantly checking my phone so I was shocked at this and kicked out of the queue. There was a system error which re-sent me to the back of the line, which made me wait about 45-50 mins in the store itself for the haircut.

Hopefully, I have a quicker wait next time for the haircut....
