I have been going to XP360 since January 2017. I go about 5-6 times a week (strength training on weekdays and boxing on Saturdays). Before that, I have never been consistent working out anywhere else. I joined the gym because I’m getting older and I needed strength training. When I first started, I felt lost and didn’t know anything and had never touched the barbell. Over the past 7 years, my friends and family notice my physique and posture improvements. I know I am getting stronger and all the credit has to go to coach Xavier. He is knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, caring yet firm and motivating. While it seemed frustrating in the beginning, I can see a drastic difference in my training skills now (long way to go still). Also, every day has a different set of drills and I’m learning something new every single day.
Lastly, Xavier and Stacy’s (also a coach) sense of humor and energy keeps all of us filled with super positive energy while working out. Looking forward to continued...
