As someone who lived through the magic of Children’s Winter Wonderland growing up, it was something I wanted my daughter to experience for so many reasons.
Now they did move it, so this was my first time at the new location in Tam-O. It still did so much justice and my daughter had a lot of fun as well as my family that tagged along!
Santa was wonderful! He was so nice and even after my daughter cried during the picture. He kept so much wonder by remaining calm and talking to her about his reindeer and the elves and presents. He was amazing! She was absolutely fascinated with him!
It has a Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland feeling and is just as important to visit. What sets it apart from Bronner’s is that you’re walking around in a life size version of a Christmas wonderland!! From the grinch’s treehouse to the reindeer stables, this was a sight to see and experience.
Age may be a concern to those. But honestly I think it’s something any kids would enjoy. Besides just walking around and looking at it all, there is scavenger hunts, games,...
Read moreI was a nice family experience. It didn't seem as big or as "magical" as I remembered it being when it was at the Recreation Center but it was still fun. My stepdaughter seemed like she enjoyed herself. I did not like the fact they had Santa way back in a corner and hidden from view, you had to stand in line to see him. What about the kids who are scared to sit with him but would still like to see him from afar? There was a free train small kids could ride and a play area with mini golf, letters to Santa and small craft kit kids could do. There was also had a snack shack. The only thing I would change was the unmarked creepy voiced talking tree, near the entrance, that seemed to only want to talk to the teen girls who walked by. My stepdaughter tried talking to it after seeing the teen girls talking to it but got no response. The price was good, nothing is that cheap anymore and it was worth it for a few hours of family fun time. We are going to try and make this a new yearly...

Have been going since I was little. Since they moved the location to Sylvania they also jacked the price up! It is $8 to get in. That is ridiculous. It takes 10 minutes to walk through. They were playing normal music on the overhead speakers and Taylor Kia commercials were blasting! It did NOT add to the atmosphere at all. I would have rather they had Christmas music playing! They say the cost is higher to cover the train ride and activities. I don't ride the train or do mini golf so why should I have to pay for it? I don't, I just don't go every year like I used to.
They have updated a lot and it's neat to see the new stuff but it's not worth $8. I wish it was still at the Rec Center, it was a lot...
