The scenery and nature were nice for the most part, and the roads/walkways were nicely paved, but the only issue was the amount of trash left on the trail. There were mattresses, shopping carts, and a bunch of moist cardboard here and there. But, luckily it didn't smell like anything (I think). There were some playgrounds along the way, and rarely any people along the trail (none). Overall, the trail was okay.

Oak Tree Park is a cute little area for my family to explore! We loved all the bird houses throughout the park. The new trail addition is awesome to see rather than the rather crummy area it was before. We also enjoyed the playground!

I wanted to see Quercus garryana growing wild. I visited the Oak Patch in Tahuya, the young grove adjacent to St. Clair Hospital and this park.

The park trees are wonderful. All different ages including some specimens that are probably 100-200 years old. Fantastic collection of Garry oak with nice paths throughout.

There are definitely homeless people camped in the woods; to the point where I didn't feel comfortable in some parts and turned back. This was on a sunny Tuesday morning at 11am. And the litter is, well, very bad. If I come back I will bring...

Very friendly neighborhood especially the lady that has a free table for the homeless out in front of her fence Terry is the number one best friendly lady you can ever meet she needs donations so anybody out there help her table out. Right now the park needs a Moen and watering the grass there is so dead and so tall that pretty soon it's going to catch on fire and then all those little kids will be so sad that they can't go...
