Have spent over $8,000 here this past year, had a piece I bought for $1,500,

Then a few months later decided I didn't want it and wanted to get something else. Mind you that their biggest upsell tactic is that "they're labor and crafting the jewelry". Even though they are just middle men and buy from a wholesalers who produce it in mass quantities. Then they mark up the price by roughly %25-35%.

So I took my piece back to them and they only offered $500 (and they know I paid $1500) then they said "you'll have better luck selling it to a friend? Like what??? And said "it's used" like so laughable cause they have a sand steamer that makes it look brand new and they will put it back in the case for maybe $100 less just pretty much a scam

So I ask them after the move the product they're "labor and crafting" of the jewelry is worthless to them they said "unfortunately yes".

And they tried saying they offer more then the pawn shops to make me not go but I went to the pawn shop and they gave me just under $1,000 for it.

how does a pawn shop appreciate your jewelry more then the actual business New York gold it just a big joke!

And I've personally worked the owner trying to buy a $4,000 piece but I wanted it smaller size and they couldn't even do it because they would need to order it first but I would have to pay first just laughable if they call themselves jewelers

I've used them for years and same with my fiancé's family has only gone to them for the past 20 years but after that they have lost all our business.

Just go to a real jeweler that can actually afford a real retail space not in the middle of a cheap building that is nasty

They don't look at their jewelry as art it's just product to be moved and they confirmed it for me that day

Just go to the wholesalers and skip the middle man, they don't even value the customer just like every other...
