Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star. They were sent out by my Home Warranty company. The red flags should have went up when I listened to them try to scam First American Home Warranty. I made the mistake of letting them know I had a large Easter dinner planned and get sucked into buying a new A/C unit. Guaranteed to be in for Easter. It was. But then on Saturday just 2 days later it quit working. My wife called the service number and was told someone would be out Tuesday. Fortunately I had the tech's cell number. Called him and was assured someone would be out by 10 AM Sunday morning (Easter). At 830 I called the service number to confirm. After well over 20 calls leaving my name address and the number to call me on no reply. Again called the tech left a message. At 945 I get a call from Mary who informs me that first she'd prefer to talk only to my wife and secondly I only needed to call her once and that she calls back when she's ready. Then after all the messages left with my info tells me I need to text it to her as she is driving on her way to church and will deal with it afterwards. Seriously. Called the tech again assures me it will get done. At 1130 with the house temperature at 86 degrees with windows open and a fan on had to cancel at our house. Finally at 525 a tech shows up. Says it is a defective valve of some sort and can't be replaced until Monday. Would have been nice if they had came out Saturday or first thing Sunday as promised. I work nights and told will be back by 10 Monday morning. Guess what yes didn't show up until after 12. Then the inspection by the county. Get a call from Amber tell her what date I can be home. My only weekday off Monday April 4. She says ok they will be out between 8 and 5. At 415 I called Pasco building inspector's and they tell me first of all they inspect between 8-330 and secondly there was never a request inspection. In summary High pressure sales, horrible customer service once they have your money. Can't tell you how many times I was requested to and was promised a discount if I wrote a positive letter and post to facebook. I'll post this but bet it never shows on their page. Since my initial review it broke down 4 more times same problem but each time told it was another defective part. Last time a 16 yes 16 year old friend of my son's was at the house and said bet I know what it is. He opened the thermostat and said there's the problem they never set the limits so it is causing the unit to turn on too soon and run too long tripping the safety switch to prevent over heating. Wow a 16 year old in 2 minutes fixed what they couldn't in 5 trips. Total...
Read moreIf I could give out zero stars, I would. Our AC was on the fritz so we called our home warranty company and they sent out Chase from Healthy Home. He came out and lo and behold our AC was working, so at first he acted like we had called him out for nothing. Then he went out and checked the AC and said that it looked like our compressor was about to stop working. So he called our home warranty person and was very rude to her on the phone. He called his boss first and his boss suggested that he lie to the home warranty people to see if they would cover extra maintenance on the unit. SO they lied to our home warranty people about our maintenance. Then told us about energy star rebates (like cash for clunkers) that they offered "but no one has gotten one in three or four years but you are a perfect candidate for it." meanwhile I google the program he is talking about and there is no such thing. then came the high-pressure sales tactics about getting a new AC. When my husband said that we wanted to talk about it overnight, the guy got very rude saying "what is there to discuss? it's a no brainer." So he calls his boss and tries to swing some sort of a "deal" because my husband is military. Then over the phone, the boss asked how much we could pay for it tonight. When we again requested to have a couple of days to look at the numbers and talk about whether or not we wanted to just replace the AC today, they started really pressuring us calling us dumb for not taking the offer tonight. So my husband cut the guy off on the phone and told the technician to leave. then the technician got VERY rude and said that he had a right to be here and that "while my husband may have gotten used to getting his own way as a drill sergeant" he (the technician) wasn't going to be spoken to that way. When my husband again told him to just stop and leave, the technician got in his face and was very nasty. So we called our home warranty company and filed a complaint. They were trying to scam our warranty company into paying for repairs that were not needed and then trying to get us qualified for a rebate that doesn't even seem to exist. Very glad we got the technician out of our house and that we did not cave to the very high-pressure sales tactics. Yes our AC is old and it is not as energy efficient as the newer ones. But, it's still cheaper to spend $500 for a new part rather than $7500 on a new system that will only save us about $65 a month. hmm. do the math. Steer very clear of this company. They have a D- on the BBB website and very few "positive" testimonials on their...

Trish, as general manager, efficiently coordinates work between customers and technicians. She is very warm and friendly. She efficiently installed my water system and has provided timely service and maintenance . She always greet me with a smile, and has become a good friend, and has offered help whenever I need assistance. Paul is the contractor for installation and maintenance. Kirby was the one that identified bacteria in my water and initially recommended hydrogen peroxide treatment but later changed his recommendation to a UV light which was installed into the system. Later on a routine inspection of my equipment Kirby identified that I had mold in my AC ducts. While the crew of Paul, Garrett, and George were replacing the AC ducts, Paul recognized that my attic insulation was inadequate, so I had them come another day to add insulation. With all this work, all were efficient and courteous. They cleaned up everything each time after completing a project and carried off the trash. Any time I have had a problem it was resolved quickly in a timely manner. All personnel are well trained in the areas in which they work to make my...
