The Busch Gardens park has disappointed me, I live in Tampa, FL, for almost 3 years, since we arrived, we have the annual membership of the park, we go every once in a while, all my relatives who come on vacation from other states, we take them to Busch Gardens, on the last visit, my cell phone (Iphone 12 Pro Max) fell lost while I was riding the Cheetah Hunt attraction, with my Apple Watch I searched for it until I reached a point where I couldn't pass because it was fenced and said it was just for authorized personnel, I looked for an employee of the service area and I took him right to the place, I told him that if he passed I would find the cell phone later because my "Find my Iphone" app said that the cell phone was only a few feet after That point (1 minute walking), the employee told me that I could not pass while the park was open, but he did not write anything down either, he just said to make the report with the attraction employees, I filled out the document in the park, but I did var ios reports on the internet, I sent him the map of the application where it said where the cell phone was, they never even made an effort to get it, I really was very disappointed in the park, since the service for this situation was awful, I work as a nurse trip, and I am a third-year doctoral student and I stored a lot of valuable and important information on my cell phone and the park did nothing about it, even when telling him exactly where the...
Read moreMy first time riding this coaster - did not expect to be smiling so big at the end! So many cool parts on the track, and the bursts of speed were fun and unexpected - and it lasted longer than other rides (looking at you, Tigris!). I made a point to not research too much (and forgot that it does one quick upside-down twist). I love that the actual Cheetah exhibit is right next to the coaster (obviously on purpose), so it was extra cool to have that connection with the two. I highly recommend this coaster, you will not be disappointed!
PARENTS: Height Requirement is 48" (4 ft). Please make sure your kid is tall enough for this. There was a family that ignored the height thing at the entrance (and the guy at the entrance was distracted by other guests), and both kids could not ride - one was inches too short, the other just below the line - rider operators will NOT let kids ride that are "just under", so one parent had to leave the line with upset kids... luckily the wait was only about 30min in the morning, but can you imagine waiting an hour+ and being told "no"? Don't be that parent! If your kids is below the height minimum, it's an incentive for them to eat their veggies and go to bed on...
Read moreMost of my criticism of Cheetah Hunt is of everything before the ride begins. The queue is always the longest in the park, and because the trains don't hold very many people, the line moves slowly. Be prepared to wait several hours. On top of that, the queue is very boring with nothing to look at, as your view of the coaster is blocked by the giant roof. In addition, Cheetah Hunt breaks down more often than any other ride in the park, so don't be surprised if you experience delays during your wait.
With all of that out of the way, Cheetah Hunt is a great ride. It's a good mid thrill, somewhere between Cobra's Curse and SheiKra. It's not as intense as Tigris, but it's much longer, so it's on the same level. All three launches are forceful and sudden, the drops are sharp, the hills have great airtime, the heartline roll gives great hangtime, and all of the turns are quick with fast transitions. There are trenches, tunnels, and a canyon with water, and you will go over and under bridges, paths, and other attractions. Cheetah Hunt will be enjoyed by everyone in your party by the time you actually get...
