Kong Vacation Homes — Attraction in Tampa

I'm posting for a property near Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

Overall very nice. The pool was great. The pool heater works very well. Plenty of room. The renter (Davin) was very nice and accommodating.

We would rent again if we were attending an event at Raymond James Stadium.

A few small issues:

The ice machine was broken.

The refrigerator had a small leak (ice machine?). Occasionally a puddle of water would form at its base. We had to wipe with a paper towel twice over a 3-day period. Not a big deal though.

The water pressure at the secondary bathroom sink was pretty low. Very good everywhere else.

There's a camera in the lanai (enclosed back porch area). It has a microphone on it (not sure if it was activated). We put a small toiletry case over it while we were there.

The back sliding door constantly "dings" when opened. This is great for security, but not great if the kids are sleeping and the adults are going in and out. You can pop the battery on the device on the door if it gets too annoying.

The street is a bit busy. Not sure of the speed limit, but cars were moving at 45 to 50 mph. We spent all of our time in the lanai and pool, so we really couldn't hear the traffic.

Walking to Raymond James stadium took a bit under a half hour. The traffic in spots is pretty heavy, with little to no shoulder. After we walked one time, we called an Uber, which cost...

This house provided a comfortable stay for our multigenerational family as we passed through Florida! It’s clear to us that the house has been recently renovated with new appliances and fixtures. Appreciated the well appointed laundry room that was adjacent to the beautiful kitchen. Our kids made use of the children’s plates and cups and we used the kitchen more than anticipated once we realized how well set up it was! Also really enjoyed the back yard and patio and would consider bringing our dog next time. This house was also easier for our family members with limited mobility to maneuver around in comfortably. Best sleep I've gotten in a long time! There is nowhere else I'd stay when visiting Tampa than this place. The owner was always in touch, and the area was nice and quiet. There was plenty of room for us to all spread out, and the welcome basket they left us was such a nice touch! I love, love, love...
