Lara Furniture — Attraction in Tampa

Such an easy and pleasant experience. A beautiful piece of furniture I bought from a private seller had some issues that couldn’t be fixed. I was so heartbroken because I loved this piece. I searched Facebook marketplace to see if by chance it was available somewhere else. Lara Furniture popped up and had it. Not only did they have it but it they provided the best customer service and were incredibly helpful. I spoke with one of their sales reps through messenger (TG) and he made sure I was taken care of and the best part, I purchased it on Thursday afternoon and it was at my front door on Friday morning. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Lara Furniture and from now on I will look to purchase from them first before I go anywhere else. I reached out to this company on facebook after ordering the wrong size couch from another company. There was no way I could return the couch that I bought due to the shipping return fee and restocking fee being almost as much as what I paid for. I received a response within hours after reaching out to this company to see if they would trade my brand new still in the original packaging couch for one of their smaller ones. After making sure on their end that it was doable I had a brand new couch that fit my living room the next day. They were very polite, fast at responding, and quick with their delivery. I bought my bedroom set from Lara furniture. I originally found a set they had on marketplace and reached out to the owner. He answered immediately and even followed up to see if I had any other questions. His communication was immediate. I went to visit the store to look at the set in person and found another one. He was very helpful and kind and willing to measure sets and show me how to put pieces together..etc. He was willing to work with my schedule for delivery and definitely went the extra mile even after delivery when I had some questions about putting a piece together.
