Wool Kitchen & Bath of South Tampa — Attraction in Tampa

We just bought a house and was looking to upgrade a few things in it like a new kitchen faucet, shower hardware, etc. We originally didn't plan to go, but was driving by and stopped to see what selection a local place had over shopping at, say, Amazon. They do have a wonderful selection and some items we would haven't considered had we not stopped in.

We picked out some items which we have now taken delivery on.

While we were there, we were interested in some higher end items like a steam shower and one of those fancy toilets with a heated seat, automatic everything, and lights.

We were told we would be emailed more information on the steam shower. Never got it. I called to check on the email. Told it would be sent shortly; still never got it. We checked spam/junk folders - nope. No communication about order status or follow up from sales person asking if we had questions.

I walk in to ask for an order update and 1 piece had been previously delivered to the store and the 2nd had arrived that day. Again, no communication items had been received. I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. AGAIN NO email. I did consider staying until I received the infamous email, but thought I was overreacting. So much for buying local.

Bottom line: Great selection. 2 stars Horrendous customer...

In the market to purchase items for 2 baths & a Kitchen I am having remodeled. I was actually glad to see the showroom was finally open. It had been closed for 10 days over the holidays.. I thought that was a lot! I’m a nurse so it’s hard to find time to look. Anyways, I finally went in when the showroom was open and overall I thought the showroom was nice but I was disappointed because most of what was shown I have already seen! Sales ladies were nice enough but the one sales lady told me I would have to wait for the other lady to help me. I thought that was odd. Maybe she was new?? Luckily, this is just 1 of 3 showrooms in less than a mile. All in all.....

We are in the process in remodeling out bathrooms and are happy to say we found Wool Kitchen & Bath. Nowadays everyone tries to buy everything over internet in order to safe a couple of bucks. Well you are in luck if like me you like to see and touch the furniture and appliances. We have visited the store on 02-24-2020 and it starts with having a lot of parking around the showroom we parked right in front of the store. When entering the showroom without appointment we were greeted and attended right away. Professional attentive staff make your decisions easy. You will not regret visiting...
