I went onto their official web menu, typed in "rosin", and selected a product that I safely assumed was rosin.

It was not rosin, it was hash which cant even be smoked in the same methods as rosin.

I opened the box in the car, which was not sealed at all just a normal flap box no tape, looked at the sealed jar through the bottom and noticed I got hash. Hmm no problem I thought lets walk back in and swap it out.

That's where the entire issue arrised. The budtender who rang me out originally was the manager on duty (Michael Germain) or something to that effect a tall black man. He did not say a word to me during the entire transaction of purchase, didn't tell me the product I selected, didn't tell me my total, 0 verbal communication. Just an awful example for a supposed manager to be leading by.

When I walked back in to attempt to swap my product or return it he out right refused stating that he "verified my product with me" he wouldn't look me in the eye even when called out, he was blatantly lying and nervous. He didn't say a word to me during the initial transaction, which was 2 minutes prior, so no lapse in memory could be possible or excusable.

He claimed I should have verified my product before purchase, which in reality is true! Although you that's simply impossible. Their policy is that can't look at the product in the store pre or post sale, and once you leave the store the sale is final. In what world is this not a scam? I typed in rosin, did not get rosin, and could not verify that pre or post sale.

This place has very disrespectful employees they will get rude with you and if you say something back standing up for yourself they will ban you. The cannabis is mediocre at best and convenient location that’s how they get sales they will get real nasty with you if you do not tip and make up lies to get you banned. They will not hear the customer out only make excuses for their employees bad behavior instead of making correction. A few people I have met have said the same thing about Botera’s nasty attitudes it’s depends on if you give tips or not and don’t let the fake diversity fool you either. Your Dutchie system will let you know when you scan the ID what the customer is and if I can’t talk why catch a attitude and if I show you my phone to show you what I want why you all in my business looking at the icon trying to tell me what I am and am not doing on the phone.
