Putnam County Library — Attraction in Teays Valley

I have been using this branch of the Putnam County Library for several years now. The staff at this library are always very friendly, professional, and anxious to help in every way possible. When I ask my wife or son if they would mind making a trip to the library for me, they always respond "As long as it's the one in Putnam County!" (I use another county's library as well).
