Panera Bread — Restaurant in West Virginia

When I got home I noticed I didn’t get what I ordered I called Panera, the girl who answered apolized imphatically and said she’d give me a refund and my order. She asked how long it would take for me to get there, I told her about 20 mins. When I got there she gave me my refund, promptly handed me my food, she apologized again and was very friendly. She then handed me another bag and said her boss had already paid for this because they didn’t like having upset customers. In the bag was like 13 bagels. She then smiled and told me to have a good day. There’s no doubt that Panera’s food is delicious and healthier alternative than getting fast food but that is not the reason behind this review. I think it says a lot about a business to care about one customer like that. I think it shows integrity and that they really care that their customers leave happy. So thank you Panera, I will definitely continue to be a loyal...

Super close to the interstate and gasoline! Hotels nearby as well! Plenty of shopping close. Our order was immediately taken and we had it to prep within moments! We dined inside and was able to grab a window seat and people watch! Super inviting atmosphere and plenty of seating outside as well. Refill areas are super hospitable and well stocked. Restrooms clean. We had the Turkey Swiss and Tomato Soup! Yummy for an Autumn day! Ran into a friend having lunch and she enjoys working hybrid here to get away from the office for a bit! Gorgeous fireplace area in the larger dining area. There was a large party of ten dining so that was nice to see they may accommodate if needed. I like the fact that Panera offers an herbal tea for those of us that have to watch our caffeine intake and I am taking full advantage of this Sips Club trial.....but why does decaf coffee stop mid-afternoon?!?! Anyway the real reason I am writing this review is the customer service at this location... yesterday I had ordered a drink (Sips Club) and cookie (free reward) online. I wasn't paying attention to the time and hit the drive thru for my pick up right at the lunch rush. I am about 3 or 4 cars back in line after telling them I was here for pick up. I knew I was in for a wait but just moments later a staff member comes out to the car with my order because she "didn't want me to have to wait". That kind of service is unheard of anymore.
