As a business owner of a sales organization I can't say enough about mine and my wife's experience with our rep Danielle. I am usually a skeptic and a hard sell to say the least. I saw a mattress at the Homeshow that we have participated in for the last 7 years the day before the show opened to the public and I mentioned to my wife how comfortable the bed was. She of course reminded me that we had just bought a new bed less than 2 years ago and this bed was going to likely be an expensive want more so than a need.

Long story short the next day when the show was open I was eager to go find out if she was right or if I was about the bed. We were immediately greeted by Danielle who was incredibly personable but also very knowledgeable. She was able to identify some sleeping patterns that were likely culprits to what's been years of bad sleep. She made several recommendations, took the time to demonstrate literally everything she discussed and why this bed was a good option to help us with our bad sleeping habits. I mentioned to her our issue now with a similar mattress and it being so tall that we have to take a running start to even get into it and she was able to find us a solution for that problem as well that gave us more than just a solution but an actual upgrade. It was an adjustable motorized base that has a built in massage feature, lights and the ability to change the bed's height in 3" increment's. Although I can't leave an honest review of the bed yet because I don't have it yet I can make a honest review about Danielle and her customer service. I went over with general interest and with questions. I left "Sold" due 100% to our experience with Danielle. Came for a bed, left with a bed, a pillow, a motorized stand and I'm totally ok with it. She earned our business which was huge for me. In todays world where customer service and direct sales has been replaced with automation and one day deliveries it's good to know there are still folks like Danielle out there that are good enough at their jobs to give me a buyer's experiences and that's why I bought the bed. If your looking for a true buying experience where you feel appreciated, educated and that you made the right decision take the time to find the right place and the right person. Our salesman was Brad Hayes at the Teays Valley location. He was phenomenal!! I hope Sleep Outfitters are aware of the quality sales person they have here. Brad was very patient with my wife and I when selecting the perfect mattress. We had been to all of the big box stores looking to replace our current mattress. Man am I ever glad we stopped at Sleep Outfitters and met Brad. He didn't try to upsale us on the best/$$$ mattress or the expensive power bases, every other store had done this...hence why I hadn't made a purchase yet. I do not like being upsold. I asked why he didn't do that and he said that people work hard for their money and he tries to get them in to the best mattress for their money. We truly appreciated that and knew if we were to buy a mattress it was going to be from Brad. Honesty and integrity go a long way with me, and Brad Hayes has both of those qualities. I will be sending the rest of my family to see Brad Hayes at Sleep Outfitters when they hear me bragging about my new bed!!!

Went to Sleep Outfitters and Danielle was very helpful and patient. She was able to give very thorough details and information about the brands, warranties, construction, comfort, quality, bases, mattress protectors, prices, delivery, etc. She was near when we needed her but didn’t hover when we were discussing amongst ourselves. She didn’t pressure or persuade us in any product, direction, or add-ons. She simply provided the helpful information so we could make the choices best for our family. Danielle also had a great personality and energy about herself and her speaking. She seemed to really enjoy her job and helping people find what they want and love. The mattress selection was very nice - plenty of brands and styles and comfort levels. There seemed to be a good selection of bases and pillows also. We enjoyed a tempurpedic mattress the most that I feel is comfortable for both side and back sleepers. Thank you for your time, patience, knowledge, and friendliness!
