They used to be a five star place, but the last two times I've gone in there I've been very disappointed. The first time, I went to get windshield wipers and I was blown away by how expensive they were and they didn't even offer to install them. After leaving with the windshield wipers I ended up calling an automotive shop and they charged a third of the price and installed them for me. The last time I went in I was shocked about the political talk. The guy behind the desk was talking about Trump and how the other guy must have voted for him. I don't know if he was saying positive or negative things about Trump, but either way, that's not acceptable in any customer service job to be talking...

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. I have been very displeased with my regular auto parts supplier, and stopped in today to pick up new rotors and pads for a friend's car. The items I needed were in stock, and (unlike the previous reviewer) I was offered a discount on a current promo running. Saved me some money AND gave me the correct part from stock? Great job guys!...

Very reluctant to issue discounts or rewards. They see pretty old school and act annoyed if you have a AAA discount or reward money to use. Maybe they lose profits from them, but come on, no other auto parts store is like this. I will not go back unless I absolutely need a part that no...
