RE/MAX Reliance — Local services in Souderton

I am currently renting a house under Kathy Cassel and am EXTREMELY disappointed in the services or lack thereof that she has been providing as the property manager. When I moved in I identified a discoloration on the ceiling of my kitchen that was identified by them as a "water spot". Months go by and I'm getting sicker and sicker and even frequenting the ER in respiratory distress. I come to find out that this spot is much bigger then I originally saw and that it is mold from a property also managed by Kathy and owned by the same person who owns the house I am currently renting. This mold was caused by a water leak from next door that was KNOWN and NEGLECTED. For MONTHS I have been pushing Kathy to fix this issue along with the plethora of other issues in the house to no avail. I fell through the stairs leading to the backyard after my pleas were neglected. A separate house that is owned and managed by the same people that I rent from also has this same issue involving mold leading to the mother and young child falling ill as Kathy refused to take action and rectify these known issues. I am now on medication to treat these issues and I am utterly disgusted that I am forced to either spend massive amounts of money on a hotel to avoid illness or sleep in my car. I am extremely disappointing that her and the owners would find it acceptable to gamble with peoples health just to make some quick money. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My Fiancé and I purchased a home recently and the sellers agent was James Stachelek from Re/Max Reliance. He provided us with two misleading sellers disclosures, cursed at us, threatened to keep our down deposit, sell the home to someone else and asked us to commit fraud at settlement. He completely ruined our first time home buying experience and should not be a realtor. I called his broker who confirmed he has been reported multiple times before and was not surprised.
