Beautiful place to walk along the waterfront. Very nice sites to see. On the downside, the whole waterfront is overwhelmed with scooters, skateboards, bicycles, and other vehicles all moving at top speed. It doesn't seem to be any speed or control over anything and it is very dangerous. There were an overabundance of people there on a Sunday evening and most of them not practicing social distancing. About half had no masks. It's such a beautiful place to be so chaotic. Parking is also very hard to find unless you go into one of the big pay lots. They have a lot of craft you can rent but extremely overpriced. We plan to return but will be bringing our own kayaks and definitely staying...

I did walk across it at night one time and there was a small posse of gutter punks that walked by in the opposing direction. They were moderately scary individuals.
