The venue invites listeners to settle down wherever they are most comfortable, close up to the performance gazebo, sitting in standard chairs (furnished for the event, even if the Mayor himself has to set them out), or at a bit of a distance in lawn chairs on a grand sloping green, or from a different angle on brick terrace.
