Orogio Jewelers is the best jewelry store in the area. The owners, Edward and his wife, are wonderful people and have impeccable customer service. They have gone above and beyond for us on numerous occasions.

In 2017, I came across their shop as they are a Verragio dealer and I purchased a beautiful engagement ring for my now-wife. While the ring was being made, I was traveling to visit my sickly aunt. I wanted to get her blessing and show the ring. Edward encouraged me to take the display item for a few days to show her and it became a wonderful memorable and emotional experience.

Fast forward to this year, my wife and I were finally able to have a wedding. We immediately came to Orogio to search for our bands. We accidentally came on a day that the shop was closed, but Edward happened to be in the back working. He heard us outside and opened his shop to give us a personal shopping experience! We found a band that matches my wife’s engagement ring perfectly. For myself, Edward and his wife used their experience to help me whittle down the options; I do not wear jewelry and am generally clueless with fashion/accessories. The band I chose was not available in my size and could not be adjusted as much as necessary. Edward said he would make it for me, but would be an approximate 4 week turnaround time. Because we were flying to Bora Bora within two weeks time to have our wedding, I told Edward to take his time as I have a silicone band I can wear for the ceremony and we’ll get it when we get back. Edward would not let that happen. He cut the production time down by over half and ensured the ring was finished two days before we flew out.

I cannot say enough about this jewelry store and their owners. Their customer service is second to none. They are great people, great store owners and have great personalities. Prices are very fair and they are first responder / healthcare worker friendly.

What a beautiful store in Tenafly! The owner Edward was very helpful over the phone, as I was inquiring about a certain Mondaine watch model. He offered to call me back upon said model I wanted to see in-person, not knowing I was already driving there. He called back to follow up letting me know that he did not have that specific model. Upon arrival, the store is grand, located on the corner of the town’a downtown district. Perfect for jewelry and smaller, community-driven businesses. They offer plenty of watches, jewelry and other accessories with a Mondaine display near the entrance. I was greeted in a warm manner, and we tried on different models (36mm versus 40mm). I can’t say nothing but amazing things about Edward and his wife Leyla they are simply so amazing and sweet felt like I knew them for years! I was randomly looking for jewelry places to find wedding bands and I came across his store and I couldn’t have found a better place. I wanted double wedding bands and he suggested to create 2 custom wedding bands to match the design of my engagement ring and I was left speechless at how perfect it was designed to match.
