UPDATE as of 2024 : much improvement has been made since we last visited in late 2022. The park has been redone and is wholly so much cleaner and has a better feel regarding the level of care and service. They have also updated an area of the park to include little ones! Definitely will come back for another visit!!

From earlier: We have visited this trampoline park a few times in the past. During one of those visits we purchased a discount card that had a variety of discounts and freebies.

Today I brought the discount card to use the "30 minute add on" and was told by both the front desk and manager that these cards expired despite not having an expiration date on them and nothing posted regarding the cards being expired. After them repeatedly stating that there is nothing they could do and that the expiration must have been not printed on the batch I purchased (conveniently) the manager came back to the counter to honor the add on even though during the previous conversation he told me it would be impossible because there is not a code in the system for it.

I thought that this would be the biggest negative of my experience but what came at the end will impact our number of future visits to this location. We ended our visit by stopping by the restroom to use the facilities. After using the restroom we were washing our hands. During washing our hands a female worker with a jersey style uniform, darker hair pulled back walked out of a stall and right out the bathroom door without washing her hands!

Shocked I approached the manager after leaving the restroom and told him about what I witnessed. He brushed off the mention of what I witnessed and did not immediately address this with the employee. The most shocking part is that the employee was working in the food/drink area of the business and I witnessed her folding pizza boxes with her dirty hands. YUCK!

I would strongly urge visitors not to eat the food and to wash/sanitize their hands more than once at this place. If this is the attitude of sanitization practices for someone working with food I can only imagine what it is for the whole park.

I will be addressing this issue with...

I live less than two minutes from Defy. I signed my wife up along with my 3 children for the initial required 3 month family membership. I think it is a really good deal and you get a lot of value. My 3 month membership was about to expire and I wanted to pause it for a little while, with the intention to restart it again a few months down the road. I initially tried calling the company to cancel and I was directed to the website. I went on to the website, easily found the cancel membership link and began filling out my information. Unfortunately I had to fill out a cancellation for each of my children and my wife. Each additional member has a unique 9 digit membership number that needs to be tracked down and input. Once I saw it was going to be a little more time consuming I decided just to drop by, because it was so close. When I asked to cancel my membership, I was told to go to the website. When I asked if there was no other way, I got what I felt was some sass from the front desk employee. I was befuddled and probably asked 1 more time just to make sure. I headed to the exit and could begin to feel frustration starting to boil about my experience with Defy as a business. Keep in mind, I wanted to simply pause my membership and come back in a few months. As I was nearing the exit, I thought, maybe this was just a one off with a low level employee. I turned around and decided to ask for a manager. He was extremely empathetic and profession. He offered to walk me through the cancellation processional. He had all 9 digit membership numbers readily available for me to input into my phone. As I pushed cancel I got an error message from the website. So I re-entered the information and was given the same message from the website. I don't know if others had a similar experience, but I felt compelled to write a review, which I rarely do. I will probably re-activate my membership in a few months, because I live so close. But, this whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth about how the business. The highlight of the company for me was that they hired a fantastic...

This is a fun place to take the kids & let them run off some energy for a couple of hours, but I DO NOT recommend booking a party here. We had my daughters birthday party here last Saturday & I was extremely disappointed. When I booked, I was told it was a $75 deposit, & we would pay the remaining balance on the day of the party. The email they sent me said the party host would take care of everything from decorating the room to cleaning up. That you could bring your own decorations, or just tell them what color you wanted & they would take care of it. They provide the plates, cups, utensils etc. So, it was supposed to be less stressful for us & we could enjoy watching the kids & not have to worry about decorating. They didn't use ANY of the decorations we brought & never asked us what color we wanted the party done in. So my daughter had to settle for BLACK! When they say they provide plates, cups etc, you would think they would be normal size to at least fit a piece of pizza on. Nope, they were small plates that barely fit a small piece of cake on it. The host didn't even put out utensils, I had to ask for them. I knew we had to add 2/3 kids, so before we left, I went to pay for the additional kids. They wanted to charge me another 60 something dollars, after I had just paid $306 plus a $30 tip (that they totally didn't deserve). So I asked why it was $60+. All he could tell me was I added 2 kids & it was $23 a piece. To which I replied "that's not 60+ dollars". So, he gets the "manager" who looks like she's barely 20. & still she couldn't tell me why they were trying to charge me another $60. She said my total for everything was $306 & I told her I already paid that, $75 when I booked & the remaining balance when we got there. So, she got mad & copped an attitude & just said "you're good" in a very impolite tone & turned & walked off. So, our "stress free" birthday party, turned out to be very stressful. I will not be having anymore parties here. & we may not ever come back here again. I will find somewhere else, more friendly, to...
