Crumbl — Restaurant in Knoxville

So going into Crumbl cookie I was actually looking at the cookies there was a elderly woman that wasn’t really sure about the paying process and they do it that take cash for the location so I told her I said you’ll just have to ask. It was the blonde hair pulled up young lady and I knew she was running the orders and I know they had that system in place so they really don’t even turn around and look and I can see from the other reviews which I wish I would’ve read before I walked in, but they are very rude and considerate they don’t turn around and look the service in. There is awful and I see that they have a 4.8 And I’m happy for them, but that was very racially motivated to me. In my opinion I had to say hey, do you take cash in a higher tone of voice just to help the elderly lady out in order to order the cookies and at that point, I said I’m trying to get your attention three times and you walked away from me and when I tried to get her attention the third time in fact, there was a woman standing inside that saw it turkey Creek has a lot of racism I will say that I will say that it is really bad they need to fix it in any establishment no one should be treated differently because of...

I am usually not one to leave bad reviews but unfortunately my fiance and I had a bad experience tonight at the Turkey Creek Crumbl location. Upon entering the store we were not greeted or even acknowledged. I asked the staff when some cookies were going to be coming available due to it saying that they were being prepared online and they said that they simply just weren’t even being made. I completely understood that since it was later in the evening that might be the case but their response came with attitude and a slight laugh. When we finally decided what cookies we were going to order out of the 3 available the girl working the front slid out box on the counter and said have a good night still with an attitude, turned around and walked to the back with the other girl. We were not showed the cookies, (they also did not look as if they were in the advertisement.) We watched this happen to the girl that entered after us as well. I have always had positive experiences with crumbl up until tonight but their attitude towards us will definitely make me think twice...

They only have cookies and they are pretty good but even better when you heat them up a bit at home and add some homemade ice cream. I loved the molten with my homemade vanilla. They should service ice cream with their cookies. SO much better!

The lemon cookie was pretty good but too much frosting for my taste. There is another store that has lemon cookies that I really like. They use lemon icing instead of frosting and I prefer that.

The vanilla cookie was just a tiny taste cookie for me. My husband and kids liked it but the frosting was way too rich and it was like straight up sugar to me so I didn’t love it.

Overall these are pretty good. I would not be opposed to trying different flavors another week. I think I prefer softer chewy cookies rather than crumbly ones but of course, these do live up to their...
