I have been going to this Topgolf location on average every other week for the last six months. On Tuesday, 11/29/22, I went with a work group and we had three bays reserved. At our reservation time, only one of our bays was ready. We didn't want to start our gameplay until the rest of our party was seated in their bay and our waitress, Delaney, was rude at this request; calling our group stupid because we are wasting gameplay time, rolling her eyes, and storming off, etc.
When the rest of our group was in their bays 30 minutes later we started our gameplay and wanted to order food and drinks. Delaney did not check in on our bay and as she was walking by we had to tell her multiple times we would like to order food. Our food came out and I asked Delaney if we could have plates and silverware to which she rolled her eyes and mocked the request under her breath. She returned with two plates even though our party was 6 people.
While we were playing we noticed Delaney talking about our party and pointing to our party to a group of co-workers. Delaney never came to check on us or offer refills on drinks. As she walked past our bay many times we tried to get her attention or ask if we can order more things and she held up her hand to our table or rolled her eyes more. I asked if she would mind putting in another drink and she got in our faces and yelled "Not from me" and threw her hands in the air.
After being disgustingly disrespected we went to guest services and said our waitress is refusing to serve us and is being extremely rude; rolling her eyes, talking with other co-workers about our party, yelling in our faces, etc.
I talked with a manager about what was happening and they immediately got us a new waitress and we were able to order food.
Toward the end of our gameplay, another manager came to talk to us about what happened and apologized on behalf of the staff member. In response, he stated, "We understand, and we have acknowledged and dealt with the issue."
Lastly, before we were leaving a member of our party was using the bathroom, and while in the bathroom overheard Delaney still talking bad about our party with very explicit language.
Delaney made our staff's top golf experience less than optimal. Her actions towards our whole party were inexcusable and disgusting. Our whole party was shocked and flabbergasted by how we were treated.
On the flip side our new waitress, Joanne, was probably the best server I have ever had at this top golf location. This review does not reflect her in any way. Joanne, you are the type of server that every restaurant strives to have. Your smile was contagious and your actions exceeded my customer service standard. Maybe Delaney could learn a few tips from you on how to treat...
Read moreHORRIBLE BARTENDER DOWNSTAIRS. I had gotten my boyfriend and step daughter a gift card for us to go as a family take advantage of the half off Tuesday and beat the after Christmas blues. My boyfriend went to order a drink with the bartender downstairs, he hands her the gift card she turns all the way around from her computer walks back to him shakes the card at him and says “it’s like 20 do you even have enough on here” my step daughter is standing there with her dad at this point and is so shocked at how rude that was that she’s so uncomfortable and ready to leave. I convince them to stay, my boyfriend goes back up to the same bar tender trying to order food which according to her he can’t pay with his gift card without opening a tab, she was so rude again that he walked off before she could explain. At this point I walk up to the same bar tender I’m second in line behind an older white woman, the bar tender gives her a sparkling water and a cup of orange slices and tells her not to worry about paying. And now I know exactly what is going on. She assumed because my family was the only black family there that we couldn’t afford to be at such an expensive place. It made my step daughter almost cry because she felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. We spoke to a manager he suggested we move upstairs, TOTAL 180. We were greeted by the blonde pregnant bartender and the girl with long brown hair and bright blue eyes! They were soooo sweet, our food was fresh and came out fast those ladies made great drinks and checked on us multiple times. The concept seems great and super fun but after the way my family was treated I couldn’t convince them to stay to play. I’m just sad that we’re coming up on 2024 and people are still being so outwardly RACIST, PREJUDICE AND JUDGMENTAL.
I hope this employee reads this and it makes her question herself and prompts her to educate herself on prejudices and basic...

My experience at the bar was terrible. The bar had quite a few dirty left over plates/condiment dishes. The wait staff had no interest in waiting on me and passed me over twice for people who sat down after me. One of the bar stuff eventually chose to clean the bar while I was sitting there and I ended up with lettuce on me. I, along with 4 others were the only ones attempting to use the bar so they weren't that busy. I opted not to order anything and went back to table to wait on the booth to be called.
Our wait time was completely wrong and we even checked in via the app way ahead of time. It was over an hour before we got sent to the bay. We even inquired twice at the front desk and they told us each time we were in position 1, assuming that means next in line. The front desk was completely over staffed for the amount of people attending yesterday. There was quite a bit of horseplay from those attendants behind the counter. A better use of their time would've been spent in other positions.
I also had 2 different servers wait on us at the stall. The first guy was very friendly and told us he had a relief person coming on. Once she took over, she did a very good job and had a good attitude. I did have to tell her the first guy forgot one of our bar drinks and she got that taken care of very quickly.
I have never had such an experience at the Atlanta nor the Nashville TopGolf and will have a tough time justifying driving 45 minutes to this one or drive an hour and thirty minutes to the one in Nashville. I know the location hasn’t been open as long as others that I have visited but there’s a serious lack in leadership at this location. Several times I suggested just leaving and going home but my 11 year old was looking forward to this outing so we...
