
I was surprised to read all the positive reviews about one of the employees on here as I had a very different experience.
I booked her for PMU makeup and was concerned when I met her as her makeup was overdone in an unsettling way. It made me instantly question her judgement on makeup choices. She ended up doing an Okay job yet the second round of permanent makeup I got ended up faded after only a few months.
Her interpersonal and customer service skills were horrible which made my experience unpleasant.
Some of the interactions I had with her are listed below.
-She didn't return emails regarding medication that I requested for a lip blushing appointment. -The prices quoted were never honored and I was always charged more. -There was one time I had an early morning appointment. I was waiting for someone to help me in the lounge and I heard her loudly in a different room complaining about customers. She didn't even have the common sense to complain about customers during off hours. She did it when customers were present! Yikes! -She pre-charged me a deposit but told me she might have to cancel the upcoming appointment if she couldn't find a babysitter.
All of these interactions were so unprofessional!!! The whole process of getting PMU done by her was so unpleasant!!! I haven't...

When she called to get a refund they told her they ācouldnāt remove her credit cardā despite her being the name on the card and the account holder and her explaining how many times this has been an issue. When I called they told me āthis has never happened beforeā but clearly itās happened 3 times alone to me so just be wary when giving them your card information or making a āaccountā with them. The rehearsal dinner for my wedding was in 30 minutes.. while I was getting ready I noticed a good chunk of my lashes had FALLEN OUT! (I had got them done at a different location that was too far away to drive to). I scrambled into Lash and Co and expressed to them how badly I needed help, and FAST! I had already quickly driven to 2 other places who were no help.. with tears filling my eyes the wonderful Mya JUMPED up and said āI had a cancellation, letās go!ā She was my real life angel!! She got me in and out within minutes looking good as new for my WEDDING the next day.
