I purchased an item online over 500$. I went to the technology department and they send me to the customer service, the customer service send me outside to pick up the item. I called and the people from the curbside pick up,were they were very kind and polite, as the item didn't fit in my car, they send me back to the customer service to exchange it for smaller item. The customer service refuse to exchange it, she requested me to cancel the item online, while she requested the curbside people to deliver it to her!!! Why it was mystery! She send me to the technology department to request them to bring to her the smaller item. The electric told me that they were busy. I checked online and find that they didn't have the smaller product. I went back to customer service, where she told me that she can't give me the money on a gift card as promised because ??? No answer!!! Then she told me that the problem is that I cancelled the product online. Well I reminded her that she requested me to do so, so she can do the exchange. She said that she can't do the exchange because they don't do it anymore!!! She made the curbside people to bring her the product. Overall 1 hour of none sense. They didn't help me exchange a product that I didn't even had in my possession!!! Product that was in the store the entire time. At the end they didn't give me no return, nor cancelation thikets, they just told me to wait few days for my money back. They didn't bother to offer the product that I wanted, neither disturbed to check if they have it in store!!! Just terrible. I give 2 starts only because of the two boy's on the curbside pick up. They were friendly and polite. To them I will give 5 Stars. However the two boy's on the electric department were rude,lazy absolutely no enthusiasm to help or be useful. Them I would personally fire. 0 points. The girl on the customer service department wasn't helpful, nor had idea what she was doing, to her I would give -100. Rude, not professional, not informed, not helpful and lazy. Just bad overall. Just terrible. I would not recommend that to anyone. Having in mind that I had to drive 40 min to that store. Just very very poorly managed, poor service....

It isn't all that great. Home depot is big and has a great selection, but their teenage customer service females are mostly rude and unintelligent nitwits who will tell tell you that you're wrong to your face if they don't know what you're talking about.

Walmart is overcrowded, extremely busy and understaffed often. They close at midnight also, which is a huge pain in the rear.

The entire thornton town center has pretty much always been lackluster, but now it's filled with street kids and "homeless" people who will quickly snatch up any merchandise or belongings if it happens to be dropped unnoticed or forgotten.

You'll probably have some douchy little wannabe street punk asking for change, and of course theres always some moron at the middle entrance intersection holding a "woe is me" beggar sign declaring a need for "help."

... Interestingly enough, just across the street is a temp service that specializes in quick day labor assignments that pay decent daily wages. Need help? Go work or go back to your home state and get weed legalized there so a billion other idiots can plummet your property value by moving there for absolutely no good reason.
