First and Foremost...this was my first pair of Cowboy boots and first hat but after speaking with Letty...my anticipation was positively heightened.

It was time to get my Magnificent Seven on...

Letty was a SUPER-DUPER professional from the first conversation we had.

Not only was she very courteous and sweet but genuinely attentive to what I had to say.

Letty’s daughter was a spitting image of her right down to the detailed professionalism (she processed my card payment).

Lastly...Letty is a local business owner who showed love and respect to me regardless of what I looked like and that means something to me.

They went beyond the call of duty to fix a Stetson felt hat that belonged to my father to have it ready for the event. That was very emotional not only for me but for my family. If you want western wear shop here When you shop here the service doesn't stop when you hand over your dollar. I bought a pair if boots and a shirt. I had a very small problem with my shirt.

It is my experience in other shops that when you take something back. They look at you like you are trying to rob them It would have been easy for them to fob me off as we were just visiting from england
