I came in yesterday because my phone screen wouldn't turn on, and thought that this place would be able to help. Instead, I was met with a condescending attitude from the person working that day, and zero actual answers to what happened to my phone. He kept saying something was very wrong with my phone, but wouldn't explain what, and then asked me if I drink, because it looks like it got alcohol in it (it didn't)? Anytime me or the people who came with me suggested what might have happened, he denied every suggestion, but didn't have anything actually helpful to suggest what happened to my phone. Then, he asks me if I have phone insurance, perhaps under my parents, which sounds like he was saying I'm a stupid child who broke my phone. I implied I'm old enough to be married by saying there might be insurance under my husband. The only thing he tells us to do is to find out if we have insurance because "you don't want to pay for this kind of fix." Still no actual explanation of what that "fix" was for or anything, even after asking what happened multiple times. Turns out, my screen just needed to be replaced. Not nearly the dramatic fix this place suggested it was.
I'm extremely disappointed. I came in for help because I need my phone for a lot of important things, and I was met with such poor service and being treated like I'm an idiot who broke my phone being stupid. This place was not helpful to me, and I will not be coming here again for electronic help. I'm glad I got a second opinion after...
Read moreExample of how easy you can lose a customer. I went to this location 3 days ago to replace the protective film of my Samsung Fold 3 because it was creasing in the middle, creating a bubble that ran along the middle of the screen. After paying the required amount, the tech who serviced my phone that day replaced the film, however, less than 24 hours later the same bubbled crease appeared in my new protective film. I know the crease will happen overtime (this is the third time I take my phone to replace the protective film), and usually, after 10+ months this usually happens, not after 24 hours. Went in today (less than 48 hours after the initial service) to the same location to ask for a replacement. The person who talked to me said if I wanted a new protective film nstalled I had to pay again. Why will I pay again if the job was not correctly performed the first time? I told her that the crease in my phone happened after less than 24 hors after being serviced by one of their techs. Her response: "You should have come when it happened" and "our techs are humans". After letting her know that this is due to a job not being done right the first time, she kept telling me that if I wanted the film protector replaced I had to pay again. Since it was clear the conversation was not going anywhere with her, I said No and left. Taking my business some where else. I recommend you to...
Read moreWhile the price to replace my iPhone 6s screen was slightly higher than other places I called, the employee assured me that the quality of the glass was as close to Apple quality as possible. My phone was fixed within an hour. However, later that day I had the phone on my lap (in a case with a front cover) and when I got up the phone fell literally a foot onto the ground . Let me repeat the phone was in a case and with a front cover. I did not bother to check the phone because the drop was insignificant. Later when I went to make a call I saw a huge crack across the phone and a huge chunk of glass missing. The damage was worse than when I brought it in and that was a result of a car running over it! Either way I was so disappointed to have paid $130 for something of such poor quality. While the employee was kind and respectful, the company was unwilling to do anything other than a %15 discount for a new repair. I normally don't go out of my way to complain about such privileged issues, but the glass was clearly poor quality and/or poorly applied. I work in education, $130 is a lot of money for me.
Reply to Company Response: I was not offered 50%, but 15%. And when I try calling the number provided below, it is a constant...
