I ordered stamps. Staff said 7 days to complete. I called on day 8, 9, and 10, and they were still not in. Staff said they will run over real quick to check on status. On day 12 I received the call, and drove to store (gas for my car $5.50), only to find that the samps were both wrong. I also complained that this was very late compared to what they quoted. Staff said, sorry, it is 7 business days (at this point clarification was after-the-fact and useless). They sub-contracted to someone nearby, and refuse to say who, even though I as consumer have the right to this information. I requested a rush to correct, they called the business and said they will correct within 24 hrs, and send to store no later than Saturday or Monday. Received the call on Monday near 4pm in the evening. My severe frustration is 1) I should have been told 7 business day, not 7 days, 2) I should be told who the business is that they subcontracted to. Still thinking about getting legal advise on this because this is principle, and unprofessuional to withhold. I am thinking there must be something untoward going on, why else would you refuse to speak truth. 3) The unknown subcontracted business should appologize and implement a quality check. How can you ship bad prodct that would have taken 1 sec to check quality? 4) They could have offered to ship rushed to me directly or allow me to pick up, since they mentioned it was close enough where they could run over to that business. I ended up having to hire another person to do the work, and find this business highly unprofessional and uncaring, even though the ladies speak in a high pitch and in sweet words. Their complete dismiss of my experience and disintrest to resolve this with real urgency leads to my reveiw that I would NEVER recommend this business. This was such an easy transaction, and in my assessment, they...
Read moreI ordered two stamps from this company. When trying to actually get to this company using GPS I wound up somewhere in South East Portland at a retirement community based off this address that is in Google places regardless if I put in Tigard or Portland it took me to the same place a retirement community not a store front. I then called them to see if they were located in a house or actually had a store front, they told me they had a store front. Mind you I had already driven 50 minutes outside of my way to get to this place so I called for directions from where I was in order to actually make it to there location. They weren't very helpful if somebody doesn't know Portland let alone Tigard and have never been to Tigard before how is somebody supposed to find this business. They had to mention they've been there for 60 years making it sound as if everybody automatically should already know where there located, but clearly not. I wasted about 1 1/2 hours and gas still to wind up unsatisfied with...
