This place has the worst customer service ever. I will no longer be a returning customer. I called and placed an order over the phone so i can pickup my meal during my lunch break. The gentleman who picked up the phone said heāll be with me in a minute and he put me on hold, after 15mins of being on hold i decided to hang up. I tried calling back again and phone line was busy. I gave it 10mins and decided to call back again this time a young lady answered and told me she needs to place me on hold again, she could not take my order, i explained to her i had already called previously and was placed on hold for 15minutes, i Asked why they couldnāt take my order and kept putting me on hold. She said she was new Which is understandable, i told her i would wait but if it took too long i would go to the restaurant to place my order and speak to the manager. She placed me on hold. I waited maybe 3minutes and another gentleman answered the phone. I told him what i wanted to order and he seemed very rude over the phone. I explained to him that i had been on hold previously and he seemed to not care. His exact words were āweāre really busy right now and itās not my fault 40 people decide to all walk in at onceā and he said this with a horrible attitude. I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager. If that is true and he really is the manager, this place does not care about their customers. At this point i told him ,this is poor customer service, please cancel my order. And i hung up. . Worst service ever.! I will never be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give a place 10 stars I would. Really this place is top notch. I came here about a year ago for lunch and I remember telling my boyfriend about these amazing crispy Al Pastor tacos. Finally as new neighbors of the neighborhood we got to try them together for our first night at our new apt. Definitely after moving you work up such an appetite and this hit the spot on so many levels.
We ordered the Asada chimichanga and the Al Pastore crispy tacos along with two pacificos with lime. The chimichanga was perfectly crispy and the rice and beans with the cotija cheese on top was amazing. The Al Pastore was perfectly marinated with that deliciously sweet savory taste.
This is definitely going to be one of our monthly dinner nights out. I already told my friends about this place and I hope that more and more people get to joy this perfect hole in the wall but awesome service and awesome restaurant.
The ultimate compliment my boyfriend gave was saying that he knows it's a great place when he already wants it the next day thank...

It seems that Mexican restaurants here are catering to a population thatās not use to authentic Mexican food and their flavors, so I get it. With that said the food was okay, nothing special⦠it was edible. I wouldnāt go back!
1st order: Guacamole burrito with Barbacoa the guacamole tasted funny like it was old. I couldnāt finish it. Oh and there was no beans or rice. So it was just a Burrito filled with meat and guacamole.
2nd order: Colorado burrito with Guacamole and Barbacoa, they forgot the guacamole.
Again if you are not use to Cali or Southwest Taquerias then you might like this. The reviews do seem like community supports so...
