Before I launched Flying Angels in 2016 I spent considerable time in researching the business address I wanted to use. In addition to the physical address I wanted to make sure that the staff, who would represent my company, did so in a positive way.

Since I launched Flying Angels, my expectations have been exceeded at every opportunity. When I first started, Patrick took the time to explain all of options and facilitated my business integration with the office address. I cannot stress how pleased I am with both Kim and Nashell, who have been answering the phones and directing our calls. As a customer service based business I know there is often nothing more important to the success of my company than a client’s first impression. Since most of our clients contact us visa the phone, it would not be a stretch to say Kim and Nashell are the most important people to my company’s success. To date, I have received nothing but positive feedback from my clients when asked about their telephone experience.
