On Aug. 19,2025 I placed an online order of flowers for my auntâs funeral service to be delivered on Sat. Aug.23, 2025. I didnât realize until after submitting my order that the message I wrote had changed back to a standard message. The next morning soon after the store opened, I contacted them to see about adding my message and names from whom they were from. I was told no problem and I appreciated that very much. My credit card showed my order was pending as usual. On the 21st my credit card showed my order had posted. I went to pay my credit card Monday following my order and supposed delivery of the flowers on Sat. only to find that I had been charged once again by the flower shop on the 25th. I called immediately and was told it was some mistake and I would be credited right away. Later that afternoon I saw a pending credit and thought it had been taken care of only to find the next morning that the credit had been cancelled and I still have both charges on my card. I have called numerous times only to be told it was refunded, sorry about the mistake, give it time etc. etc. Well, as of today, I still owe for the charges they put on my card, no credit nor pending credit. I was told again it would be credited by today and itâs not! I have lost sleep over this and this has caused me nothing but unnecessary stress that medically I am NOT supposed to be under. I have bleeding vessels in my head and can have seizures. I cannot believe this business can do this to someone who only wanted to buy flowers for their Aunt who passed away and couldnât be there for medical reasons. Btw, my Aunt who passed away in Toccoa had been a great customer and this is who they treat her niece and her memory!! Disgraceful! I have all call logs where I have tried to get this fraudulent charge corrected and now I will be filing a fraudulent...
   Read moreOn November 30th 2021 I placed an online order to have flowers delivered. I received order and payment confirmation via email and flowers were delivered. Today, January 20, 2022, I received a voicemail from Mark accusing me of not paying, that he's sitting there looking at the order and needs to get paid or else he's going to call the recipient(s) to collect the money. I value small business and am a strong advocate of shopping locally and understand the economic climate we are in and every penny counts, but I absolutely will not tolerate being treated like I'm trying to get something for free, especially when I have a receipt that says otherwise. And why in the world reach out to me almost 2 months later??? I called back and Mark was on another line and the payment issue was resolved but I have no interest in being a repeat customer...especially if you're going to threaten to harass gift recipients with your collection attempts because you weren't on top of your own books...

The confirmation I received in my email states both the order date and delivery date (to the funeral home) of June 4th. On June 6th (two days after my order and 1 day post-funeral) I received a voicemail from Alexanderâs saying that the order had âjust come over the computerâ and did I want the flowers sent to their home since the services had been held on the 5th. I was very disappointed. This was not a birthday or anniversary-theyâd dropped ball on this delivery for this incredibly difficult event. I called back to give instructions about what to do on June 16th and stated that I would like them delivered to the house with a discount or wanted to receive a full refund. 5 days later I have not received any response and the charge is still...
