
Clean area for the customer to rest while waiting for the car maintenance. Car will be washed before they handed it back to me. One thing I want to complain is they made a little scratch inside my car on my driver side handles (maybe while they clean inside?). It's not a big deal. The scratches are not really obvious but you know... the scratches affect my mood while everytime I see it. For the next car service, I probably will not ask them to wash my car. Overall the experience is great, the staff (Vanessa) who works there is professional, she knows and help me to schedule for my second key fob set up. Very friendly.

I dropped off my car for scratches repair on 4/25/24 and picked up my car on 5/1/24. They did the great job to repair my driver handle scratch and the left side mirror scratch. However, while they spray the paint (or other method) to repair the scratch, there was an overspray on driver side door. It's very obviously while I look in different angle. If I touch the surface, I can tell there is an overspray because the touch feeling is rough compare to the original paint. What I want to say is I dropped off my car for almost a week for scratches repair. I wasn't rush and saying I need my car on certain day. Why you guys did not do a better protection while do your work? Now I have to think how to remove the overspray part to recover the paint as original condition. What a hassle!! He goes out of his way to ensure comprehensive understanding of the auto services that you need, and works with you to develop a service plan when your budget is tight. For example, recently I brought my vehicle in for an assessment of my tires, and in doing so, Fernando made note that I am also due for a major service. However, after reviewing the photos from the tire assessment, Fernando noticed that I may have an issue with rodents crawling into the engine. Upon further inspection, he confirmed it, and recommended that I opt for the disinfectant service first, because that was more important. Fernando goes above and beyond, and so much so that he does researchon his own time so that he can better relay information to his customers. He presents with an excellent work ethic, is respectful towards me, especially as a female customer and, based on our conversations over the years, he's a family man, too, which is telling of his positive character. All of this in totality makes Fernando Chavez one of the best representatives at South Bay Lexus, and he's a primary reason that I'm a repeat customer. Read moreEhhhh.... was not impressed by this lexus dealer. Also did not feel like my business was valued, brought my SUV in for service, told them a couple of my concerns like the breaks are squeaking. And my bumber had an issue. Well, they assured me all would handled and looked at.
For my bumber... they said it just needs a few clips and itll be fixed... but if course they dont have clips. So they send me to their body shop... no you need an enttire new bumper... idk why the dealer wasnt able to tell me the truth... thry should have known it wasnt just the clips. After all they are the experts.
And while there i was kept waiting for hours and hours... and they didnt update me past my ok to spend more after like 1 hour in.
When i got my car to finally leave... before i left the lot... my breaks still squeaking, i tell my service attendent... and they just gaslight me saying the car didnt ahow it needed new break pads. Almost but not yet she says... ok then why are the breaks continously squeaking... she tells me that its from the water after the car wash and once it dried the breaks will be fine. . Well that was about a week and a half ago. Im not impressed. In fact im upset at how much they refused to listen to me and just made excuses to get me out the door. I expected so much better.
