Let me start by telling you this place is an amazing clinic from the second that you’re walk in with all the energy ,helpful staff and of course Dr Shafa. I had my breast implant that it was 24 Years old replace with a new one it was not just a simple surgery of exchanging, I had a lot of scar tissue that Dr. Shafa had to work on And then we decided that while he’s doing that to do a lux liposuction also .however, since I got my implant done when I was younger I had so much pain but I can tell you that I could never imagine how painless this procedure was for me I truly believe that he does have a magic hand .from the moment I left that surgery room until today. That is my fourth day. Let me tell you that not even one pill for my breast so recovery was amazing . Writing about Dr Shafa can go on but I’m just going to say that, not only he has a magic touch, and knowledge his personality, beautiful, smile, confident, and his constant hugs make it a very beautiful journey. And from his staff I got a pleasure of knowing Eddie and Joy they are amazingly helpful, caring, and comforting and everybody else in the office makes you feel extremely comfortable which to me this is what you need when you’re going through plastic surgery in any form or shape. If I could give this zero stars, I would! Dr. Jay was amazing at the beginning and all the way up until I flew into town, paid an exuberant amount of money and went home after my procedure . However, the after effects have been horrible and life changing to say the least! My body was much better prior to this procedure. I tried contacting Dr. Jay as well as the staff at Estrella Aesthetics. They were responsive at first and then stopped responding. The results are NOT what I was hoping for, neither did I get the after care expected or even explained. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I now have to go to another doctor to fix what Dr. Jay did. I could have went somewhere else to get my procedure done for a a lot cheaper, but thought that Dr. Jay would be great, based off of previous reviews and his responsiveness prior to getting my money.
