Please avoid taking rental from these guys. They are a cheater. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I have a terrible experience, The illiterate staff closed my account by mistake in order to upgrade to an advanced instrument which had a corpus of ~$450 and now that money gone as the moment account closed, you lose the money. I contacted several times to their customer care but getting the same standard answer about company policy and no one acknowledging this happen due to wrongdoing by their own staff. The store manager assured me that he will work with the internal team to fix this. With his confidence I open new contract for advance instrument and when I visited today (after 9-10 months) it has a corpus of $320 accumulated but he was not able to do anything for my previous loss. It really disturbing and finally I closed the account without making any further transaction as I believe these are an unethical organization to do business with. Company policy doesn't allow to cheat someone due to misunderstanding. It is hard to believe. It's better to buy the instrument which is available at a cheaper price rather getting in their trap of building credit...

I would not trust anything this store has to sale. We registered for a free guitar lesson class tryout. Showed up and was told this location does not offer this promotion. Instead they try to sell their promotion and pushed to have us purchase a month of lessons. Everything was overpriced. Classic bait and switch tactic and untrustworthy. The person at the front desk Jim was not helpful and offered no solution the only answer was you can buy a month of overpriced lessons. Would definitely not step foot in this store and I urge anyone else to look for other more respectable...

The store never reopened for rental returns. While the reopening date was May 18th in St Louis county, the St. Peter’s location too remains closed and the St Charles county reopened retail on May 4th, 3 weeks ago. 800 number on the door does not answer, the place looks abandoned with delivery stickers from Fedex dating a month back.
