I recently visited AAA for my TSA PreCheck application and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, the agent checking us in behind the counter at the front desk greeted us with great energy, which set a positive tone. However, when it was my turn for the interview, the demeanor of the woman conducting the process changed dramatically. While she had been very friendly, flirtatious, and engaging with my husband—laughing, touching, and even suggesting he consider a job there—her attitude towards me was quite different.
